I honestly don't know how this store even stays open. The floors were constantly sticky , as well as the till. I go into cash twenty dollars worth of lot of tickets , and they say they don't even have twenty dollars in their till. They have new employees working alone and they say its only there 2nd shift, so they don't know what they're doing. Absolutely ridiculous. Nothing convenient about this store

I'm usually pretty patient but I'm kind of at my wits End with this location specifically morning staff. Here is my experance. And this hasnt happend just once but MANY times and im over it. Because I am A regular at this location, one specific cashier seems to think it's okay to Acknowledge that I'm there and ignores me until she is good and ready to help or gets me to wait until there's a lineup behind me and then rushes me because she has a line. When you finally decide to help me You tell me that I have to hurry or your manager will be upset as now there is a line. It isn't my fault you are Decided to counter whole lotto case while you had customers waiting. It's one thing to finish counting the category to finish up, but to move on to a completely new section While you have people waiting on you is unacceptable. After being told I needed to hurry after not even being help for literally 1 minute i Let the other 2 people behind me go ahead of me in line. Neither of them were told to hurry or were rushed. and then you proceeded to LAUGH after acknowledging that i'm annoyed that you rushed me to another customer was icing on the cake.

Showed up today at 5:55am store was locked. Whay are rhe hours here? The guy working stared at me and just kept doing what he was doing didn't open the door didn't come let me know hours. Rhis place makes uo rheor own hours and is very unreliable

Staff is super nice and helpful, good selection here but for the simple fact alone that I had to use my DEBIT card and it wouldn't accept Visa is EXTREMELY frustrating and an inconvenience. 1 star

Came here at midnight and the door was locked, the guy working came up to the door and said they are closed.....this is the first time I've heard of 7-11 being closed they are supposed to be 24/7. Also if you are closed then why are all the lights on with someone working. Would put 0 stars if possible what a joke.

Posted closing time on Google is misleading. It's the 4th time I come in for them to tell me they closed already. If you close 25 minutes early constantly maybe you should change your posted operation hours

Bought preheated food out of the heat rack, and it probably should've been taken out and thrown away a couple of hours ago. They should be more on top of keeping fresh food in stock, and throwing away dried up garbage!

Worse 7/11 by far. The manager and the workers are always talking in their Indian language infornt of costumers. It is very Unprofessional and rude. The management in this store doesn't care. And they are always closed between 12am and 5am. Because of poor management. I will contact head office about this store.

Horrible place to go. Their timing is 12am and they close at 11:40 hire correct people or change your timing to 11:40 when i called he said they are doing paper work and they don’t get paid for doing paper work. Pay them or change your timing.
