This location usually has great staff but is always so dirty! We were there Saturday. They had 3 gals working and the coffee station was a mess. The cream machine empty, powdered hot drink machine was empty, water tray overflowing and boxes all over the counter

They no longer carry coffee creamer... gross won't be back. (Irish cream + hazelnut + French vanilla) no more available with your coffee.

It seems my review was taken down but I will say it again, I was grabbing a bag of chips off the shelf and the manager came around the corner and yelled at me for moving another bag that was in the way…. Yelling at customers is inappropriate and quite unprofessional, and no response has been given. It seems the 2.6 stars are for a reason.

Dear 7 Eleven Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred at your store located at 100, 11488 24 St SE #100, Calgary, AB T2Z 4C9, on Monday, February 10, at approximately 2:45 am. During my visit, I purchased a coffee and stepped outside briefly to call a taxi and to puff on my vape. Due to the winter's cold weather, I returned inside to wait for my taxi.
While waiting for my taxi to arrive ( 3 mins away), the male employee approached me, and demanded that I leave the store singling me out, then made a threat to call the police on me, despite the fact that there was a homeless person sleeping in the chair next to me. Then he proceeds to ask me if there were any nearby homeless shelters I can go to, I was immediately offended, and explained to him that I am waiting for my taxi. I also explained to him that I am not homeless, I work late at a company across the street , and with no buses running around the time I get off work, my only option of getting home safely was to order a taxi as my only option to get home safely . He told me that I could not wait in the store, even though I had waited there the previous night without any issues. Also I am not waiting there for extended period of times, for two nights now he has been very rude towards me, and I don't understand why he has treated me so rudely. I had been very nice and respectful to him and your store.
This experience left me feeling humiliated. No one should be discriminated as I was to early this morning.
I request that you take appropriate action regarding this employee's behaviour. Specifically, I would like to see this employee held accountable for their actions, as their conduct was both rude and discriminatory.
I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

How does this 7-11 never have any chili or cheese for their hot dogs /nachos. It's the easiest thing in the world to put a bag into those dispensers. Honestly.

Three piece chicken finger and fries for $6 was one of the worst things I've ever had, even the sauces sucked. Chicken was hard and flavorless, been sitting in the heat rack for at least two to three hours. Same with the fries.

Went to fill up with gas today, August 29, 1:30 PM. Really shocked to see a business completely disregarding water restrictions for the city of Calgary by washing the roof of their gas bar.

Completely amazing afternoon staff @ 24th st 7-11….very regular I stop in for a quick lunch on my way to work and these guys always deliver, it’s always fresh&hot , and it’s never an issue even if there is lots of people in for lunch, thanks guys , you make my everyday a bit more bearable . .??

I use this gas station everytime I rent from the Enterprise next door. Though the store is well stocked and clean, the gas pumps never have paper for receipts and the garbages outside are often over flowing or too stuffed to even get an empty coffee cup in them. The receipt item is the most frustrating as I have brought it up on more than one occasion to the store clerk in the past when I need to go in for the receipt.

Okay I am changing my previous review!! I have been here several times since my bad review and every experience has been above expectations since. In addition i would like to say The employees are now all on the same page!! In addition i felt sooooooo. Bad for the young lady that had a customer coughing in her face non-stop!! Idk i think there should be something in place to protect employees from that. Like it was bad and really gross. I had to stand behind this individual and i would not get close. Covid is still out there! Just because we go about our daily lives like the pandemic never happened doesn't mean the virus has disappeared!! We had it 6 months ago and yes, we did self quarantined.
So proud of the cashier though! She washed her hands very thoroughly and i was kind of nervous to take the persons place at the same register. But OMG! She went to the farther register to help the rest of us!! Thank you so very much!! I don't know her name she wears glasses and I was there today around 6pm. I apologize for my previous review. I dont think its fair to judge a place from 1 negative experience. We ALL have bad days, it happens. Thank you again for taking me to a different register! I hope you don't get sick! I have to say very professional in the way it was handled!!!

Came in this morning around 7am. The cashier seemed to be on her own. As she helped me with my order there was a big line forming behind me. Nobody came out to help so I have to assume she was working alone. Regardless she still maintained a very cheerful and very very helpful attitude. I was not very happy about the selection of groceries I was given but OMG because of how helpful and kind she was I had no choice, i had to be happy instead of unhappy!! Idk if that makes sense but its how i felt nonetheless!

Ordered a door dash from this location, and they swapped two Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches with expired 711 brand ice cream sandwiches. Was not notified.And when I say expired I mean *expired*. I've previously had issues with milk from this 711, but hey that's milk from a 711. Wonder how busy it must be inside on this snowy Sunday for them....
