This 7-Eleven is never open when you actually need it. Every time I come at night, it’s closed, which completely defeats the purpose of a convenience store. If you’re not going to be open late, don’t advertise like you are. Very frustrating.

This is the best 7-Eleven in the area. I suggest stick to this one not the one that has the Tim Hortons. These guys at the 7-Eleven are professional. Very nice. They keep the place clean and the food is fresh.

Update:That’s not really a response that you left. This has been an issue in many of our community groups and it only gets worse. CPlease put up a no loitering sign like most places do and have it enforced.
We are neighbors with this location. Please do something about the cars that are able to sit there for 15 minutes visiting their friends while blaring their music. Happens all hours of the day. Awaiting your reply

There's a very sweet Filipino lady, named May that works here. She's the hardest working person I have ever seen. I come by to grab food all the time and she's ALWAYS hard at work making food, keeping the place clean and stocking things. And she's very sweet to all the customers. She never gets upset when customers make a mess even when she just swept and mopped.
Many of us customers appreciate her and love seeing her!
She deserves a raise/promotion. She's absolutely amazing!

1-2 days ago past midnight I went for a run in the cold and went inside to see if I wanted something and warm up like 1 min. I didn’t buy anything but the lady implied that I’d stolen the Gatorade I’d brought in with me, I bought it at the 7eleven store beside the Tim Hortons at the start of my run. I told her to check the cameras because obviously I didn’t steal it so I wanted her to check so she doesn’t accuse me of nonsense.This is the 150 citadel way store.Well today I came in at around 12 midnight to buy my Gatorade and the lady walked up close to me to monitor me, then she said she checked cameras and now she implied that I’d stolen a sandwich.Well I regularly come in and after being insulted like that I won’t come back anymore.And don’t bother trying to make it up to me I found that very disrespectful.

Got chicken wings ,chicken tenders everything was good for good price specially the Indian style Tandoori chicken pizza slices taste amazing for the prize 5$ for 2 also the staff is friendly.

Been coming here for years, great staff. Lately it's hard to find a parking spot. This 7 Eleven has become a hang out for older men. They take up parking spots while having a coffee inside for hours. Forget about trying to check a Lotto ticket, you can't get past the old guys loitering inside. Best to go to the Esso up the street.

A few days ago I came in to this place just to get a slushy, smokes etc. As I’m getting my slushy and was finished I felt the eyes of the bigger filipino guy ( older man) with glasses just watching me. This is not the first time I’ve felt this vibe from this man he is not friendly unless you’re from where’s he’s from he’s rude not friendly at all just miserable energy. His attitude is not welcoming and the fact that he was watching me leads me to believe he thought I was going to steal smh. I will go to the other 7eleven that has the Tim Hortons I think they have nicer staff that don’t make you feel like you’re doing something wrong.

On November 7, 2023, I embarked on a quest for free Slurpees with my little ones at this particular establishment. However, the owner, a character of East Indian descent, decided to perform a spontaneous stand-up act, exclaiming, "Purchase one, and I'll bestow the second one upon you for gratis!" It's like he was searching for loose change in a couch, but alas, this fantastic display of thriftiness emanated from corporate headquarters.We opted to gracefully decline his "too-good-to-be-true" offer and beat a hasty retreat. As a word of caution, I'd suggest steering clear of this establishment. It seems the owner's respect for customer's wallets far outweighs their respect for customers.

This place is awful! They have Terrible customer service and actually the rudest two ladies were working tonight (June12th @6pm) they should be fired they don’t care about anyone and hate their jobs clearly! Save yourself and go to the one on either side of the road from there!!
