Bad customer service. They gossip about regular customers to other workers. I was there when a man confronted the old Indian man with beard and he started overreacting, and threaten to call police. You cant tell a customer not to come to a store that you don't own, because you have bad personality. The man only ask why he's making false accusations about him to his coworker . His coworker even admitted what he said, I also had to remind him that he's over reacting and the customer didn't do anything wrong.
Do your Job and have respect for customers.

Easily one of the poorest managed 7-11’s in the city, drink cooler regularly goes unstocked even when you can see the drinks in the back.
Management will stand there doing nothing while a single employee is left to deal with dozens of customers, lottery and cooking food.
Often has a terrible smell that seems to be rotten milk.
Front line staff here are superstars and try their best to keep up even though management thinks they are too important to help clean, stock or serve customers.
If this wasn’t the only gas station/conscience story in hidden valley they would have had to shut down years ago.
Busy due to lack of options, not quality of store.
Management -10 stars.
Employees +10 stars.
Solution;
Fire management, promote employees to management.

Good service, never had any issues here although the Pepsi Slurpee 's consistency has been off for a few months with it being way too liquidly.

This place is truly one of the best 7-11s I've been to, not only have the customer support from them have been amazing but they even remember my name when I go back and what I usually get!

The employees on the night shift are complete aholes I walk in and since I’m a teen they follow me through to whole store and when I don’t find my stuff and go up to pay somtimes they ask me to empty my pockets like on what authority do they think they have to ask me that

Best 7-11 in the area. I tend to order from here if I go through Skip even though they are a little further away than my closest one.

Where to begin ?We have been coming to this location for over a decade, but ; never again. After the cashier on numerous occasions tried to add extras onto the total we learned to really watch her ring stuff up. When we recently went in there to buy drinks and lotto she demanded that we let her "scan" our id cards. We couldn't believe what we were hearing. We asked what the reason for this invasion of privacy and she replied " the up tops have requested we scan your IDs from now on" thanks but no thanks , that's the last time I will ever visit this location or any other 7-11 for that matter. Along with this review I will let everyone I know what my experience with your corporation has been and will encourage others to boycott it till the end of time.

How about stop gouging the local people in hidden valley and surrounding communities with your gas prices? Absolutely ridiculous you’ve been 4 cents higher than everywhere else over the last while..in this economy. Gotta just take that little extra more from the people that pay your bills. And that’s just one example. You guys have already been in trouble for it before.

A particular female employee is almost never pleasant to deal with. Commenting on my points and making unwarranted (and unfunny) jokes. If it’s mental disability, disregard my feedback. Also, I shouldn’t have to give my phone to the cashier to have my Petro-Points card scanned. The scanner could be moved to the front where the 7-eleven rewards card can be scanned. Otherwise the store and the employees are decent.

the manager who a elder woman is really disrespectful and might be racist. TODAY SHE KICKED ME OUT/BAN ME FROM the store because she said i shoplifted something or stole stuff from the store without any proof just because I witnessed a robbery of kids my age doesn't mean I'm with them. THEN SHE THREATENS ME WITH THE COPS SAYING SHE GONNA CALL THEM. then I thought It was done from there. NO, SHE COMES out filming a minor with her phone without my consent or proof. I want my ban to be removed or the manager to be fired and removed. This is racial profiling at it finest. i don’t recommend coming here at all find another location. the only positives here that there is 2 good staffs here oht of 30 people here

Don’t stop here for gas. Prices are much higher than nearby stations for no reason beyond a slight convenience.
