Your female cashier's behavior was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. When I arrived, there were two cashiers and two customers checking out, with no one else waiting. I stood behind them and waited properly.
After that, two other people arrived and stood off to the side. When it was my turn, the cashier told me to go line up on the side and then proceeded to serve those two people who arrived after me. I was clearly there first, yet I was told to move and wait again. This was completely unfair and unacceptable！

This is a really gross store. Bathrooms don’t like like they’ve been cleaned in weeks, flooring is sticky and nasty throughout the store and everything seems to be covered in grime. Considering the other gas stations in this town I’d steer clear of this one.

I visited the 7-Eleven at 10099 Hidden Valley Dr NW on two consecutive days with very different experiences.
On June 29, I stopped in for an extra-large Slurpee, and it was fantastic—great taste, and I used the Scan, Pay, Go feature in the app for checkout. The experience was smooth, fast, and convenient. I really love this app for its location accuracy, product listing, and quick checkout process. Big thumbs up for that part!
However, on June 30, I returned to the same location to fill up gas, and things didn’t go as smoothly. The gas pump stopped midway through filling, and it seemed like a technical glitch. Another nearby pump had also halted, and eventually all stations were put on hold for an extended period while the issue was resolved. It appears the fueling system is outdated and in need of a technological upgrade.
Since Petro-Canada operates the gas service here, I believe they should take action to improve the reliability and maintenance of the fueling equipment at this otherwise well-located 7-Eleven.

Dirty store and Sticky floors. Half the slurpees out of order... area was sticky looked messy and dirty.. Machines looked over used and not clean .. pop ones as well . .
What's with 711's being so dirty???
We selected orange juice , but I guess the cooler isnt working either or not on the right temp.. as this is not cold refreshing drink...... all the drinks were Warm. . . I wanted to leave with nothing, But im thirsty lol

Only a 3 for me because the slurpeees were not pouring out slurpees were more like flat pop syrup and they tricked me with the cookies in there new boxes so instead of the double chocolate ones we got raisins oatmeal 🙄 and they weren't even fresh... disappointing I never realized this untill to late we were home should of went back just to late already

This place was so bad I went to go and bye a gift card and they kept telling me to buy food then I said I’m okay and they kept telling me I have to buy food so they can get more money

Bad customer service. They gossip about regular customers to other workers. I was there when a man confronted the old Indian man with beard and he started overreacting, and threaten to call police. You cant tell a customer not to come to a store that you don't own, because you have bad personality. The man only ask why he's making false accusations about him to his coworker . His coworker even admitted what he said, I also had to remind him that he's over reacting and the customer didn't do anything wrong.
Do your Job and have respect for customers.

Easily one of the poorest managed 7-11’s in the city, drink cooler regularly goes unstocked even when you can see the drinks in the back.
Management will stand there doing nothing while a single employee is left to deal with dozens of customers, lottery and cooking food.
Often has a terrible smell that seems to be rotten milk.
Front line staff here are superstars and try their best to keep up even though management thinks they are too important to help clean, stock or serve customers.
If this wasn’t the only gas station/conscience story in hidden valley they would have had to shut down years ago.
Busy due to lack of options, not quality of store.
Management -10 stars.
Employees +10 stars.
Solution;
Fire management, promote employees to management.

Good service, never had any issues here although the Pepsi Slurpee 's consistency has been off for a few months with it being way too liquidly.

This place is truly one of the best 7-11s I've been to, not only have the customer support from them have been amazing but they even remember my name when I go back and what I usually get!
