I am writing to report an issue I experienced at one of your stores involving a Too Good To Go order.
I placed an order through the Too Good To Go app for a ready-to-eat Surprise Bag at your 7-Eleven location. I traveled to the store during the designated pickup time. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that they do not offer Too Good To Go bags at this store and could not fulfill the order.
After leaving the store, I checked the Too Good To Go app and saw that my order had been cancelled. This resulted in wasted time and fuel, as the cancellation occurred only after I arrived at the location.
If this store does not participate in the Too Good To Go program, the listing should not have been active. This situation caused unnecessary inconvenience and could affect other customers as well.
I kindly request that this issue be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to ensure accurate listings and better coordination between the store and third-party platforms.

Customer service is really bad!!! The guy behind the counter is very rude… I already told him what I need he kept asking what I want I kept repeating myself… after the transaction is done he just threw my change on the counter!!! I have no idea what I did to him for him to give me that attitude! He is Asian and most probably Filipino!!! Noticed he’s really rude to customers with color.. Never a pleasant experience every time I go to this location when he’s behind the counter… he acts so arrogant like he owns the store… I used to managed a 7-11 store we have protocols and policies to follow when it comes to customer service. This associate or manager needs to get re trained!!

I am complaining about the driver who drove number 784 today on Oct. 3,2024 time is 11:55 in the morning here in Calgary Alberta while I was driving here on 68 st SE I didn't know he was going to change lanes because he didn't use a signal so I just drove straight in my right lane when I passed I was angry and he yelled at all the taxi drivers to be careful when driving and learn to use a signal, not the way they think is their own, that's the only way, thank you very much

The guy who identifies himself as manager there who looks like an Asian guy, is rude and arrogant which is definitely not a good fit for customer service job. No idea what is his problem with Asian customers towards them he is really non cooperative and sometimes, abusive as well. Food is poor and bad taste also, better avoid not worthy to spend your good money.

The day manager on Monday of this place is highly unprofessional and doesn’t know anything about customer service. He is asian and act racist to all other people. Don’t go there. It’s a complete nightmare. Would give zero star if I could.

Avoid! Poor, unclear and inconsistent policies when it comes to their car wash. Their promo states buy 4 car washes, get 1 free. So after accumulating 4 receipts from my purchases, they now inform me that all the previous car washes had to be of the same type and thus I do not qualify. When I asked where I can see that term and condition, they were unable to do so and still did not honour the promo.
