Used to enjoy this store and would fill up my vehicles and shop there. Last few weeks it has gone down the tubes so bad. Changing lay out to a completely Inefficient way to make people walk around longer to their goals. The older staff doesn't seem as happy any more. Wont be going here much longer with this manager

The filipino guy is so rude and impatient i am still choosing what to buy at the pizza counter and some cold drinks instead and he asked like if he is looking down on us like we are not going to pay or buy anything, his attitude is not accommodating like if he just want us to get out as soon as possible from the shop , i was there today at 3:00 pm may 28

THE WOMAN THAT I GREETED HELLO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE.SHES A FILIPINO SO I WAS HAPPY TO TALK TO HER BUT THE WAY HOW SHE RESPONDED WAS LIKE SHES NOT ON HER 50’s or 60’s.PLEASE LET HER KNOW THAT SHE HAS TO ACT ACCORDING TO HER AGE!!BEING NICE DOES NOT COST ANYTHING JUST ONLY FOR THOSE IGNORANT ONES! A WOMAN WITH A RIGHT AGE WITH A POOR EXPERIENCE AND THAT IS SAD. TRAIN HER!!ADDRESS is SHAWCLIFFE GATE SW went there around 9:30-10-30pm. She asked me if I wanna you use my points and I responded nicely I’m sorry I can’t see it, I left my glasses in my car and she Abruptly and rudely said THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL WITH A MAKE FACE.She then put the items that I bought on the corner and TURNED HER BACK even if I’m still talking. I’m used to buy gas for my car here, full tank even if there’s a gasoline station close to my place and I live 25 min away from this store but this experience that I had with this woman is something that will change my mind. It’s not about the money but it’s the experience.

Surprise surprise. The chili and cheese machines for the hot dog are not functional. This happens at almost any other location in Calgary. Starting to think it's just a scam and they are just decorations.

This 711 is horrible. I don't know who they hired but the staff seems pretty incompetent. Every single order placed to this location has had items missing. You order slurpees and big gulps only to not have them delivered. They modify the orders without any notice and add items that were not ordered in the first place. Truly horrible service.

Absolutely ridiculous and poor management of staff. Every time I use Uber or Door Dash to order some slurpee's for my kids half the time the driver never brings the drinks because the staff at the store "forgot"I had this happen AGAIN today when my driver brought me a paper bag with 2 straws in there. I attempted to call the store for over an hour and the landline was busy. After getting through the girl said "well my co-worker forgot to hand it to the driver"This is not the first time this has happened, so this just disappointing considering I have to pay another service fee to order it again.. do better, proper training and better customer service on the phone.

Wow!!! Spotless bathroom!!!Fully stocked shelves with many awesome items!!! The Ice cream is stocked with so many kinds and brands. M&M meals too. Tons of drinks. Lots of low sugar and calorie items. Electrolyte drinks. Even the ginger pick me ups. Everything is overly priced compared to the grocery store, but if you're in a pinch, I'm sure this store will have what you need. Including fresh coffee and friendly service. Keep up the good work ??
