When did being respectful become a thing of the past? Extremely rude staff with poor customer service. I always purchase my lotto tickets using the app and when I presented the ticket to the staff, she gave me the rudest glare and took 10 seconds before she decided to scan my ticket. When I say thank you, not a word in return from the staff. Time to teach your staff some customer service skills, or at the bare minimum, at least how to smile and say you’re welcome.
I’ll take my business elsewhere where customers are treated with kindness.

The elderly lady working here has the worst customer service I have ever seen at any 7-11 and believe me I’ve have been to many over the years. She is extremely rude and slow and basically should not be working in retail with her attitude towards customers.

Advertisement for Pepsi products 3 for 7.50 but when purchasing the price didn't come up as advertised. The cashier was not willing to fix the sales price of the advertisement on their fridge..bad customer service.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven location. The store was disorganized, unclean, and poorly managed. The behavior of the manager was shockingly unprofessional, as they seemed uninterested in addressing customers' concerns and instead displayed an attitude of indifference and outright rudeness.
What made the experience worse was the evident bias in how customers were treated. It felt like certain customers were deliberately treated unfairly, which is completely unacceptable. No one should have to feel discriminated against when simply trying to shop for basic items.
The management here clearly lacks the skills and training necessary to run a store that welcomes and serves all customers with respect and professionalism. I hope corporate takes swift action to address these issues because this kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of the entire brand.

I had such a disappointing experience .
The store manager was incredibly rude to me, and the way she spoke felt so dismissive and disrespectful. It was hurtful and made me feel completely unwelcome, which is not what anyone should feel when they walk into a store.
