This is my favorite 7-11 in the world. I go here almost every day to grab an energy drink. Staff is SO friendly and engaging. The store is clean and well stocked. Whenever I walk in the door, at least one, if not two staff will greet me with a hearty "HELLO". Customer service here is outstanding.

I went to pick up a bus pass and they refused to sell it to me for half price. For those who aren't aware, the City of Calgary is selling ALL adult bus passes at 50% for the months of August & September. I confirmed this with Calgary Transit and they assured me that they should be selling them for half price. Who's pocketing the extra pocketing $56 for each bus pass sold?

One of these staff members refused to let me in to buy a drink when it was a perching out. All because I had roller skates on not blades. I was able to walk on them and he still kicked me out. Horrible experience.

Went to buy orange juice that was retailed at 3.99 on the shelf. It came up on the till as 7.00 and the staff member chris gave me the option of calling the police or leaving even though they were in the wrong and breaking the law.......
