Terrible customer service. I visited this 7-Eleven and was not allowed to use the washroom. No explanation or effort to help. Made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I would not recommend this location.

Definitely not open 24 hours. Had 3 staff stare at us when we tried to get slurpees and didn't even make an effort to tell us they were closed. Just sat there and gawked at us like we had 3 heads

Cashiers were always Rude and On phone Everytime 0 customer service . Also Been here for Fuel never got a receipt From the pump always have to go. in and get one .

Went in to quickly purchase a water and was met with the cashier named Samandeep who was on FaceTime and ignoring me at the till. Responses were also very rude and strange when I was paying and trying to use my account

Bad customer service, the guy on the phone the whole time talking to his girl on speaker. Felt ignored the whole time, it was a reminder why I normally don’t come here often

Grabbed a sub here $9 was in a hurry and it turned out it was gone bad. Smelled horrible. I was out on the highway by the time I noticed and couldn’t return. No sandwich for me

Man the young kid you have working on Friday nights is an idiot. He has worse communication skills than my four year old niece. Asked him a question and he just looked at me for like ten seconds then walked away. Then I waited at the till while he was playing a game on his phone, he asked me to wait a minute because it was hard. O.O seriously just close at night if you can't find staff.

Remember back in the 80s when gas station washrooms were on the outside of the buildings and absolutely filthy? This was worse. The toilet paper was sitting in a puddle on the floor. I can’t believe this place sells food.

I came from a long road outside the city. This was the first gas station we managed to stop at. I really wanted to go to the toilet and they didn’t give me the key to the restroom.??
