My service here was very poor. An employee named Serabjet was rude towards both costumers and other employees. Making a very uncomfortable environment for the store. Her behaviours felt as through they were targeted towards certain minority groups, which was very bias. This is not the type of behaviour I expect from Seven Eleven, they should really address this.

I am extremely disappointed by my visit at this store last week because of the behavior of this store’s leader, I think her name was “Serabjet.” I witnessed her scolding her employees loudly in front of customers over a minor mistake. This was not the first time, I have witnessed this many times before. The way she spoke was demeaning, aggressive, abusive and completely unprofessional. It was an uncomfortable and upsetting scene—not just for the employee involved, but for everyone present. The employees looked clearly distressed, and I felt genuinely bad for them. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not in front of customers. All employees seemed so sad and stressed after this incident. Hopefully this gets addressed.

I have been living near this 7-eleven for quite a while now, meaning I visit almost every week, their staff are so kind and welcoming.
I have had situations where I came a few cents short and the cashiers smiled and always said that it was fine, these people are so respectful, out of all the 9 years I have visited I hardly have any incidents due to thier respect!
(I really Recommend the Slurpees so cheap and delicous)

A place that I think management should pay attention to. I have made deliveries from this place many times and everything was fine, but today something went wrong.
Upon arrival at the station, there were no visitors inside, but the order that they received about 20 minutes ago was not collected, to which I asked to speed up and give me this order, to which the seller guy was very agitated and began to raise his voice at me, shouting after that I was rude to him, to which I asked to call the manager to help sort it out, but the manager also began to shout at me and in every possible way support his employee without really knowing what happened, then another seller began to shout at me and complain, claiming that I was rude to them, hmm, well, they know better. I will say one thing, that if the work was done properly, then this would not have happened. Of course, I will not accept orders from this place. It is not pleasant to communicate with rude and ignorant people.

I was there last summer after i took my dog to the off leash park in the area the older male employee came out and ask me to leave since i was sitting out side waiting for a ride so that i can put my dog in the car so i can buy stuff and i told him that and he said that he would call the police on me in my head i was thinking go ahead i will tell them the same thing i am going to buy stuff but i am not going to break ada law and bring in my dog in the store but that store needs to train the staff better and think before they came out and tell people who are waiting for a ride and threating to call the police with the pets
