Have complained on numerous occasions to get the lotto scanner fixed. The associate has indicated has mentioned this to the manager on several occasions as has other customers. Manager needs to take some responsibility here or be fired.
Went today to activate a gas gift card for $50. There system didn't work when scanned. The associate rebooted the machine claims i had already used card. The receipt was attached to the gift card recieved 2 weeks ago. It certainly wasn't used. Went to another Petro gas station, worked perfectly.
As well the other day the associate tried to charge me twice on my lottery purchases.
Simply poor trained associates here. No accountability whatsoever. I would suggest new manager that knows how to train staff.
What a joke.

1st time their chicken was undercooked and soggy. Tried once more giving them the benefit of the doubt! The taquitos were over cooked so much that the cream cheese was dry. Also, the wings AND tequitos were extremely freezer burnt. I will drive the extra bit to the crowfoot way nw location.

Bad reviews are from cell phone tower issues. That aside…
Staff are AMAZING! There’s a few Filipinos and a couple of young white men who are so friendly and kind. It’s been nice to have a set staff in a small neighbourhood.
Store is ALWAYS clean. Staff always say hi when you enter.

Recently the owners have decided to rent space to TELUS so they can install a 100 foot cell tower on their property. This will ruin the neighbourhood. Your presence in Hawkwood has been useful in the past, but stick to your main business, not renting out your space to others. I will never shop or buy fuel there again if they install the tower. You are killing our kids across the street with the 5G RADIATION. Why??? I am going to encourage all my neighbors to stop using you. We the people of Hawkwood are your primary clientele, and if you go ahead, I expect traffic to your store will be reduced immensely.

Very upset that the owner choose to make money by renting space for a 100 foot cell tower. There are 2 daycares within a 100 meter radius of this location. Guess they don't care about the negative impacts of the affects of cell towers to youth.

Money not community matters. Cell tower do close to elementary school hurts us all. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. Very disappointed. We are 5 families and 20 grandchildren.

I am extremely disappointed that this 7-Eleven location is allowing a cell tower to be built on their property. This location knows that it’s nearby neighbours are against the cell tower, as we have fought a cell tower at this location in the past and we have actively petitioned against it. I will not be supporting this 7-Eleven if they continue to allow the cell tower to be built in the heart of our community.

I was disheartened after our community has fought a cell tower in this mall location before to learn the Petro Canada/711 has decided to allow a massive cell tower be placed on their property. I have been a close neighbour of this business for over 30 years and supported it but due to this decision of allowing a tower to be built in the heart of our community close to schools, daycares and other businesses I will no longer be supporting this business. I will NEVER shop here again.

Fill the printer paper at the pump. I have lost track of how many times I have had to go inside to get a gas receipt because the machine at the pump is out of paper. I pay at the pump for convenience. It’s inconvenient to have to go into the store and wait for a worker to get to the till to get a receipt.

The staff at this 7-11 location is what makes it great! Over the years, they have always treated my family and I very well.
