Reeks of rotting garbage in there. Worst 7&11 I have ever visited. I will never go back. I would rather go out of my way to another 7-11 than be on the verge of vomiting again.

I ordered 5 of jalapeno taquitos and all tasted super old and hard, couldnt even chew them. By appearance only, they looked old, discoloured, upon asking to the person at front before buying, they said they are fresh and just made. Spent almost 13$ for these. Really disappointed ☹️

This is my local 711 only 2 minutes away from me and when I went to buy my regular 3 monsters at the self checkout the person behind said that it didn’t go through so I scanned them all again then later found out that I had been charged twice for them. I went back to get my refund and they took my information and told me to check back in a week and told me to reach out to my bank, which I did. My bank then told me to go through 711 to get my refund and I was not able to. Very frustrating.

One of the most consistent 7-11s around!I have been coming here for decades and drive from Cranston daily for my slurpees,the ladies here and crew are nice and helpful and it’s nice to have consistency in a 7-11,compared to a lot of others this place sticks out thanks

I’ve been a regular customer at this location and have purchased cigarettes for my husband many times without issue. But today, even though I am 34 years old and presented my ID, the cashier refused to sell to me after asking if the cigarettes were for myself or someone else. I answered honestly that they were for my husband (as usual), and was then denied service.
There is no law in Alberta that prohibits one adult from purchasing tobacco for another adult, so this seems to be either poor training or a strange store policy. Either way, it was frustrating and embarrassing as a loyal customer. I hope management reviews this with their staff, because I’ve never experienced this problem at other locations. I will not be spending another cent here unfortunately.

Why have an automated till when it's not accessible majority of the time and then when your try to use it the worker yells at you for touching it infront of a large group of people. Embarrassing!

I enjoy coming to this location, especially because the staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is very clean, coffee machines are fairly new and work well, and there is a good variety of hot food items that are fresh and reasonably priced.

Been coming here 18 years 2+times a day
The new arrangement in the Slurpee area is the most annoying set up making the area Cluttered and not user friendly..... I purchase Coke slurpees DAILY .... I went in yesterday and just Regular Coke Slurpee wasn't even an option they have removed it....... maybe out of coke syrup 🤔 bring it back or I'll be going elsewhere

June 22, 10pm.
I'm here just about every day to buy something. Usually service is good. Tonight, awful. I was the only one on the store. Stood in front of the hot food area for 5 minutes. 1 employee dealing with a delivery driver, another scanning subs and other items to discard right beside me. One employee went to help a customer at a till while I stood in front of the hot food, the other continued scanning cold food to discard. Once I finally got someone to help me, I was given only 9 wedges and there were 8 improperly sized strips left. Not to mention, they weren't even hot as they usually are. 2 wedges were so old they were crunchy. No condiments available, and no cheese available either (this is common). 2 of the 8 slurpee units were pumping out liquid as well. Not pleased at all.

For starters this store is not 24 hours! I visit this location early in the morning very often and every other time I stop the store is locked! The clerk is behind the counter looking at me with the dumbest look on his face as if the store is actually not 24 hours. They Do have self checkout so why lock the store? On top of that when you can get in you end up leaving with the stink of grease in your clothes and be warned the washroom is disgusting! Half a star if I could
