Will go down the street and pay more for gas than to go here again. Walk in this morning 8 am- the cashier is counting BAGs of change with a customer. After a while I ask if it’ll be long I have kids in the car if I can just pre pay for gas. The cashier goes “yes, you can wait” - disgusting behaviour!

Worst 7-11 in existence, workers are extremely rude, slow, and have no idea what they are doing. I never ever go to this location because of how much of a pain it is. Much better off going to the Circle K down the hill.

I live 3 minutes away from the 7-11 on Queensland drive se. I work night and run weird hours. It hard that it isn't open 24 hrs......but I wanted to write a review about an employee Miss Sarah.....she is absolutely amazing. She always makes me smile and laugh. I could have had the worst night at work and I'm like omg you're here. And she always makes me feel better. She is just such a gem. I hope she is appreciated as an employee because I see her work hard. I work nights too and I know it's a hard shift to be the friendly happy staff. And she just does so well at it. P.s get more Onigiri lol it's really yummy! Thank you thank you

I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never set foot in this store again.
I walked to the store at 1240 am. july 7th 2024, only to discover they are closed at midnight due to covid 19. What? Really? You can't be serious? Covid 19????
I called the number, expecting an answering machine, and got hung up on. I knocked on the door to only get a rude employee, saying they were closed. I said I wanted a mangers number, and she said lying "I don't have a managers number."
Time to pack up shop and leave if that's why you're closing and midnight.

I bought a gift card today and the employee didn’t even tell or give me an activation code I had this trouble in the past before 7 eleven is really getting on my nerves I even asked the person if it’s activated and they ignored me

Most of the staff are really nice. Sometimes customers ahead of me have complicated purchases that take forever. This isn’t your fault but the fact you don’t open a second till when this happens is frustrating. Whether the person is treating their taquito/wing order like a fine dining experience with question after question or someone with lots of lotto tickets to return and buy more off it sucks to get trapped behind these people when you have another till. I just want to grab a chocolate bar quickly not spend 15 minutes waiting in line for donkeys.

COFFEE: It's from the black pitchers, so you can't see how fresh it is. Prefer glass pots, that way we know it's fresh-ish. The older dude with glasses is miserable on the early morning shift. Never a hello or thank you. Never a word period
