Asked about chicken strips as they were out. Girl said 5 mins okay no biggie, but im holding out a ticket I was looking to redeem. Girl helps the customer behind me first. Needless to say that is not good customer service. Also chicken strips I wanted were the ones made in kitchen, not the convection oven. I can literally go to any sev and grab those, the kitchen made ones are loads better. Do better please.

You guys advertise the crispy wings in this branch 24/7 but everytime we are going to buy around 730am the old lady always says its not availble i tried to order 5 times already but she says alway not available

attended this location to buy slurpees for my daughter's cheer team. the staff were very helpful in helping prepare the cups and assisted us in finding a box to carry them all safely. the manager was especially friendly and was very quick to offer free slurpees for all of the cheer kids. the kids were very excited and happy to recieve the free slurpees! thank you!

Stopped in the middle of the day for some taquitos and a drink.
The taquitos were either old or over cooked because the outside was very hard and the Inside was dry.
I LOVE me some jalapeño cream cheese taquitos, but it was so bad I just threw them away as I didn't have time to go back.
There was also a random man asleep at the lotto area where there is stools and the table.
Only positive is the staff were very friendly.

This location has a great staff and the snacks are good. But beware of tapping your card here because it has a tendency to double charge you and the manager will not assist you. I have also seen that he treats his staff poorly.

The staff here are always so helpful! I usually stop in on days that I work downtown, and it's always the same. Friendly greeting, good atmosphere, and they treat everyone like an old friend even the first time.
