Very disappointing experience. For almost a week now, the staff keeps making the same excuse that the washroom key is “lost.” This is unacceptable for a convenience store like 7-Eleven.
I am requesting that the manager please take this issue seriously and find a proper solution instead of giving excuses every day. Also, the staff needs better training in respect and basic customer service.
Customers deserve honesty, cleanliness, and professionalism. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

This store is the worst!!! There was a sign up for Hagan days on sale for $6.99. Good deal so I got one. Got to the till and surprise Surprise it came up full price( THIS HAPPENS CONSTANTLY ON EVERYTHING) I said it's on sale for $6.99. So the guy goes and checks and comes back with the sign and says a staff member accidentally put it up early!!! Not my fault and still should have got it for the price advertised. They refused! I just spoke with customer service for 7/11 and he said they absolutely should have given it to me at the price advertised!!! I just wish there were better quality employees there!! Only 2 of them are really good... the white girl with long hair and glasses and another girl with curly hair... the rest are useless. THERES A REASON WHY THIS STORE HAS THE LOWEST RATING OF ALL STORES IN CALGARY!!!!! Why doesnt someone do something about it? It needs an overhaul with new competent staff... other than the 2 I mentioned

Wish there was zero stars same experience with the washroom, seems like it’s on purpose since the “owner” has acknowledged this and apologized so obviously they’re not sorry at all. On purpose! Worst seven eleven!

Do you hate when people say hi when you enter a store, or even acknowledge your existence? Do you prefer they turn their back to you at the til when you're ready to make a purchase? Then this is the store you're looking for!
These employees are an embarrassment

It is very frustrating when the option comes up to use points and save money, the staff quickly bypass it to take away the option. It has happened multiple times and I’m frankly getting tired of it. All my points have been earned at this location so I should also be able to redeem there

An employee (older, white individual) was unkind and come off as rude when it was my very first time going there and that was the only interaction with her. She told me someone took the washroom key and had a tone that made it seem as if I was the one that took the keys ( I was buying something from there too). I am unsure if that is just her natural tone or if she was actually being rude to me. If it is just her natural tone, please let me know and I will try to remove this review.

Is there a way to get negative reviews for this place? The lady here is so rude and irresponsible every-time we get here. She even denies us to use their washroom even if we buy things from here.

I live about 5 minutes from this 711, and go pretty regularly. Last time I went the worker couldn’t even put her phone down long enough to ring my order up. I’ve worked in customer service and it’s a pretty common rule for staff to NOT have their phones out while helping a customer. The customer service at this location is always lacking. I don’t think the employees get any training on good customer service. Start hiring people who actually know how to do their job properly.

I’ve been to the store. The staff was unprofessional and rude. They don’t bother about Customer two staff members talking to each other. I asked him to something. Their answer was very rude and told me you can check that on the lines. If there is something then you can get if not, I don’t know Unprofessionalism zero star👎

Because there's a high school nearby, I feel bad for them, so many shoplifters.
The staff are nice and the food is much better than you'd expect ,especially the hotdogs and hot chocolate

I always visit the store, but this problem has happened to me for the first time with a worker there. To be honest, the treatment was not appropriate at all from the worker named Sanpreet. I can say that she needs lessons in how to deal with customers

Ask key for washroom. The young lady told me customer not allow use washroom. What going on? The washroom door show ask staff for key.
