I always come to this store sometimes for coffee and I mostly order taquito with bun but today at 1649 I order again but he give me the 2 taquito and one bun and told me you are not allowed to get bun but I give you free then I said Ivan pay for your free bun and I pay for one more taquito because I take bun I don’t have any problem to pay extra but I don’t like the service today and I will never come back to your and the guy who is serving today is male philipino guy

Well the one asain lady doesn't great you and when she talks to you with a attitude but I guess cause im white? Why would I come here to service myself?? So I will walk around the back get what I need..how about you walk your but over and actually do customer service...maybe you should just quit
The cleaning of this place never happens...how about circle k...they do better!!!

Employees are nice, food is exactly what you get for the price. The young beggar man is a seasonal panhandler who has returned this time every year the last three years I've lived in the neighbourhood. In that time I attended skills upgrading, attended a diploma program, graduated, and got a job. The supports are there, he's not using them. Stop giving him handouts.

Was there Oct 1, 2024 around noon. The clerk who served me was incredible. She made sure that I had everything I needed and served me with great curtesy. She is the reason I am giving this review.
The store was clean. I would return again if I am in the area.

The staff here doesn’t know the meaning of ID Zone my brother went here to grab cigarettes showed her, his ID to check his age but he’s hear for a tour so he only has passport with him then the Girl staff forgot her name told him only Canadian Citizen ID and refuse to sell to him.
Note to self: Tourist aren’t allowed to buy cigarettes here hence only Canadian Citizens.
ID Zone: Your ID will be checked to see if you’re not underage.
1 star because she still sold it to him at the end but not coming back. No thanks.

I’ve only been here a few times due to the fact that i live 4km away, however i feel like it’s a decent location to go to.
First off, the staff are quick but this also hurts the quality and most of the time you’ll forget to enter rewards, while at other places they will almost always remind you, which isn’t that bad compared to other problems staff could have.
The store is a little bit tight all around the interior which makes it just a bit difficult to maneuver, but it’s not that bad.
Prices are more expensive here than 3 other regular locations i’ve gone to for some reason, but also some things are cheaper.
I like that there’s a bus stop right outside the store, so i can grab whatever it is i’m purchasing and immediately get to the bus.
I don’t have much else to say, it’s a pretty normal 7-Eleven apart from what i’ve said already.
- Essentially, it’s a good place, however the staff feel rushed and the store is tight.

Okay so I bought a coffee and I went to pay and the lady asked me if I have 7-Eleven reward points and I tell her I do so I put in my information.... Phone number... And after a few seconds the screen is telling me that I can save $2.59 and there is an icon I can click to redeem the coupon or the savings.... Before I can even click on that screen she does something on her end and the screen vanishes and she charges me full price for the coffee. This has happened twice now at this location. It's not really about the money but it's just annoying that I could have saved a few bucks and that I had the option to do so but was not allowed to for some reason. I did not want to make a fuss and complain to her. But I'm going to try to avoid this location. And I don't know if those saving options are available anymore.

They are rude and charging 25 cents for a bag is the stupidest thing I heard as especially they charge more for their food and bottle pop
