2 staff in duty both who are working on one Skip order and can't use till to ring customers orders instore. Forced to use self serve while they play on their phones and ignore us standing infront of them. Poooooor customer service for sure.

Amazing night shift sales associate named Lea, helpful and gives so many advices what are good to purchase. English perfect and clear when she speaks. We are hoping we do find her working during the day if possible she’s very good and approachable. She’s smart and beautiful.

My dad had a skip pickup today and we went to this location to pick up the order but it took for him almost 40 minutes to get the order but she was so busy in her phone that not even paying attention to customers and so irresponsible. If you are so busy in your personal life than just stay at home and focus on your life. At 3pm today May 25th. It was an Indian girl.

I ordered from door dash and they forgot my pizza. The worker from the store named manny took it upon himself to contact me, get my address and he personally walked my pizza to my door. That’s incredible service. He is always so helpful and friendly when we take our children there for a treat ??????

Worst customer service ever. The big guy wearing glasses doesn't know how to even welcome customers. I wonder how he even got hired. Really disappointed. He should be trained properly. The date when I was here is Sun, 30 June. 7:14 pm.

I asked for the washroom facility, but the guy over there(Big guy with beard and long hair and has worn a hat and specs) told me there is no public washroom. So i asked him to get me a coffee and please give the washroom key, but still he responded that there is no washroom facility provided even if you purchase anything.Really disappointed with the shop and the guy over there as they are not providing a washroom facility

Have been going to this location for about 4 years now. I have gotten the exact same experience from the first day I walked in the store right til now. December 25th 2023. Most of them know me by name and always have a smile on their faces. Like they are happy to see me. Makes me feel like I’m walking in to cheers. Never in a million years have I had an amazing experience from the beginning. And staff have changed and but still makes people feel amazing for coming into the store! Place is always clean except for when all the school kids have been there and made problems for the staff. This staff deserves better than the treatment from the school kids. Hope everyone had a great day!

Always clean unless a bunch of jerkoffs come in and terrorize the Slurpee area and the staff don’t have time to clean up before next customer. Said staff are kind, professional, and helpful at the best of times, and simply pleasant enough at the worst. Have yet to have a bad experience, and I admittedly am a fiend that comes here multiple times a week. Food options are decent, stock is usually good, and beverages are consistent. Would highly recommend the place if you’re in need of a local 7/11.P.S. If you’re one of the people making the staff’s jobs harder by being disrespectful and dirty, I hope you step on a thousand Lego pieces in bare feet.
