I had a car wash and it expired few days ago. I went today to get an exchange for a new code. Staff said manager said not to give new code for expired codes. I normally go to Calgary co-op for car washes and they replace your code with a new code always.
Disappointed and I will not get any car washes from 7 elevan again.

Very dishonest place to go purchased a food there; the debt card machine and monitor screen, it doesn’t work at all, instead of one transaction, they charge you twice. Do not go there.

A store clerk was speaking English with a strong foreign accent. His accent was so heavy that I couldn’t quite understand him. I asked him to repeat himself twice, and he showed great impatience, even with a look of disgust on his face. I’m very disappointed with 7-Eleven as a brand

I think this. Is the worst location for cleanliness. When I went to the bathroom , there was absolutely no soap in the dispenser , and it hadn't looked like there had Being any in there for days.It was bone dry. I didn't tell the to cash your upfront.And all I got was yes sir. So how do employees wash their hand after using the bathroom and handling the food?

Very disappointed with the costumer service I received tonight from this car wash. The staff asked us to leave because he’s going home at 10 pm and he needs to clean the bays. There was no sign outside of the car wash that it’s closed. He could have let us do the washing for 5 mins since we are already inside the building or he could have put a cone outside so no one can open the door of the car wash area. Also, there were 2 other bays he could have clean first. We are new in the area so we are not too familiar to where to go…. Good thing we found top and shine car wash on the other side.

The car wash is a one off, it never works either because it's cold or because it needs maintenance. Don't come to this place.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The person who is currently working does not care about anything. I called to advise them I ordered from Uber and my driver has another stop to make before arriving to pick up some slurpees from the 7eleven (for my add-on order). I tried to ask them to please wait to prepare the slurpees because they have a far drive to begin with from that location to my house, plus that stop on the way. I don’t want them to be melted. First problem was when they answered, I began explaining what my call was about and they cut me off to say “I don’t have time to talk to you right now. I have a line” and I was simply explaining that I ordered slurpees from Uber and they have a stop on the way… it’s not like I wanted to have a long conversation. If they didn’t have time to help, they shouldn’t have answered the phone. Once they came back, approximately 5 minutes later, they said “so what about slurpees?” I explained again and they did not care. They responded with “the slurpees will be made when I get the order. You’ll have to place another order if you need it later”. They did not even want to try to help or understand what was going on. Absolutely rude. I would not go to this 7 eleven and I won’t order from them on Uber ever again.

pls hire people who can communicate. frustrating experience with two staff members on Sunday evening. wasted 20 minutes and ended up leaving. will not visit or order from this store again.

They charge 20 % more for a refill on hot beverages than any other franchise in Calgary.Thought I was saving waste but there not making it cheaper! Expense

Tiny store with little in the way of stock. The loss of the Timmies means less reason to go here. New staff aren't what the old staff were and they were the reason to go here. The pushing of items at the till is just silly and not welcome!
