I had a very bad experience with this store. When I bought a Chatr SIM card, they told me I could use it without any monthly payments. After paying, it turned out I couldn't activate it without a monthly payment (choosing a plan). After that, they refused to return the purchased item with a receipt. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with such sellers. They can lie you when selling something and then refuse to issue a refund!

The lady working at around 8:35pm on October 13th 2025 should be re-evaluated or even fired because she is probably the WORST employee I have ever seen in my life, even other 7-elevens are better than this. She was talking on the phone the whole time not even saying hi or thank you to us when we entered and checked out. Wasn’t in a uniform and wearing a stained shirt and with food on her face which made our check out with her seem sketchy as hell. Also giving me a dirty look when I said thank you. Absolute TERRIBLE experience

Ankita provided great customer service. She didn't have the hot food I was looking for but she suggested another 7 Eleven location nearby that had the vegetarian hot food available.

I don't usually visit 7-Eleven, but this location truly impressed me. Amay is by far the most professional employee I've encountered in a long time – he definitely deserves a promotion!

Went into the store with my daughter to buy drinks, snacks and smokes. I’m 43 years old, my daughter is 17…he refused to sell me cigarettes without my daughter’s ID and she had gone back out to the car. I said they are for me, she doesn’t smoke but he said it was policy…..what if my daughter was 12, what the hell is the difference?! She didn’t ask for the smokes so why does she need ID?

The 7-Eleven location is a very good location and has very friendly store employees I go there pretty much almost everyday and I will always go back to the 7-Eleven cuz the employees environment is very good ??????

Usually a great 7-11 , friendly folks working but today at 2:30 ish pm went in for a pack of smokes and only had cash and cashier wouldn't take cash, only card he said it was shift change or something, like how is that my problem??
