I have ordered from this location about 3 times so far using SkiptheDishes, Doordash, and even the 7NOW app.
These guys NEVER get the order correct. Not once. Something is always missing, or different. They even sent me a slurpee, WITHOUT a straw.
As a regular 7 Eleven customer for the last 30 years, this brand is going downhill. I will be taking my regular business over to Circle K if I have another bad experience with these guys.
Sad to see such a staple convenience store being destroyed by this lack of customer service and subpar training.

I often go to this location a few times a week since it’s close to where I work, it’s not great but not bad enough for me to stop going until today.
I redeemed a winning scratch ticket for two more tickets, I left and I was going to scratch one until I realized one was expired over a month ago. I went back to the store and the worker said “come back tomorrow I’ll give you a receipt”, when I told him I couldn’t come back until later next week he went to the back to call someone.
When he came back out, I was told that it wasn’t expired and that those dates are only for retailers? I got the receipt re-print, left and when I scratched/tried to enter the double play online it indeed said it was expired.
I’m quite upset that I can’t get a replacement or a refund. I’m stuck with a ticket I can’t use and the person working there was dishonest with me. I won’t be going back to this location and I’ll discourage other people from going there too.

There is almost nothing in the store for food? There were less than 10 granola bars/chocolate bars in the whole store - the shelves were all empty??

Google maps says it open at 24 hrs but apparently, they open from 7 till 9 pm ?? Not the place to get coffee when you have your shift starting at 7 am . Ps there was a big pile of garbage front of the door like they're using it as a barricade . The clerk spoke barely any proper English through the window like a coward .

: now they like to gas light you 😒 . I will not be be going there again . I'll be telling all my friends to avoid your store till you get new employment and follow store operations properly .

Location is prime, staff are nice
Many homeless in the parking lot, open at night but cant go in, must order outside thru a window… homesless were literally sleeping by the window..
Floors are dirty… feels like India… not Canada. Staff needs to take care of the store better..

20 minutes ago; Three staff in the back room with three customers and a delivery driver waiting out front. Came out of the back like we were bothering them, told them that their air machine didn't work and then I needed to buy money because my tire was flat and they said they can't when I just did the same thing in the morning. Please fire these staff members and your store will be more pleasant to buy things from.

This place is an absolute DUMP. They have a prime location being very close to the Calgary Stampede. Instead of being prepared, they are unable to handle what they should be able to. Empty shelves, filthy floors, homeless camped and begging all over property, and just massive unsanitary conditions for bakery items that appear more like remnants of a looted and abandoned store. Not so. They are selling this stuff! Items clearly damaged, touched many times by people and now the flies that hop from item to item. I get that it's busy. What i don't get is how can you run a business like this? I am embarrassed as a Calgarian and insulted as a Canadian. I will NEVER visit this place again and will avoid this store wherever it may be. I've never seen that anywhere in this country. Pigs have more dignity.

For a 7-Eleven that’s supposed to be open 24 hours they sure spend an awful lot of time closed. Closed for two hours early in the morning during stampede? Not the first time I’ve been unable to get anything before going to work and will definitely be walking the extra blocks to the next one from now on.

This place will try to tip you off. They have one price on the tags, then try to charge almost double and claim it was a sale that just ended (despite not being a sale price tag).

I have stopped going there as they never have cups for coffee. I have brought this up with the cashier several times, only to be ignored.Further to my original review.My concerns were heard and rectified. I appreciate the response from 7/11 and management.Greatly appreciated.Thank youAndrew

The female cashier there needs to learn about customer service. Nobody has time for her terrible attitude. No wonder people complain about this place.
