Absolutely brutal service.. bathroom doors are locked .. they tell you people must be in the both washrooms.. wait 20 minutes. Figure out the one door can shut open it... bathroom is dicusting.. guessing you just don't want to clean it... great service

You have to come to this location during the day, after about 5pm your visit won't be as enjoyable because night employees take over and it seems like they don't care. Only employee I don't really like dealing with is the tall cacausian kid, he's always dismissive and angry to be working it seems. Everyone else is a gem though and I've overall had good experiences here and I shop at this location at least twice a week.

Staff are pretty friendly and attentive. Good experince in person, but if you ever order Skip, they WILL give you the wrong item or miss an item, not give the correct cookies, candy, drink etc.

been coming here for years and it’s been generally pleasant. new staff member sits on their phone talking another language the entire time you’re trying to purchase something, doesn’t ask method of payment or for your 7 rewards. Left feeling frustrated as hell.

If i could give a 0 I would, they are never open to midnight like they say they are, always incredibly rude and trying to start a fight, their tags for their products is never correct or in the right spot, never give you your receipt even when you ask, don’t let you put your points in, don’t ever honour their sales and just overall condensending. I only ever come here because it’s closest to me and most convenient but it’s at a point where I DREAD every time I even get close to their doors waiting for the horrible experience I’m about to endure, not to mention the awful looks they give you when you enter. They should either do a complete rehire or retrain EVERYONE on customer service and how to work the system and ask about points (like what’s the point in having an app if they won’t even let you get points)

The amazon pick up is awesome here however every time I order through items for pick up through Uber eats or Door Dash I received bruised fruit or soiled product. Luckily I could clean it off but I see a pattern and it is disappointing.

Terrible location. Almost always when I order from here they forget part of my order. They clearly don’t know what they are doing. I payed for 2 orders of the deal 2 for $6 cokes which would be 4 cokes but only received 2. When I call the store they say they weee busy. Tell my to place another order and they will put what I am missing on it. I’m like I’m not spending more money to get the stuff that I am owed. Terrible location. This happens regularly with me.Worst 711 in the city.
