This is not my regular 7-11. However yesterday I stopped in and the first thing I noticed was how clean this store was. It was in the middle if the day and the gentleman working was very polite and friendly.

When you asking medium late shop assistant sells it but after it offers powder French vanilla and cappuccino that is piece of bullshit…. It’s harmful for your health.
Will not visit this shop again.

Nov 24/ 2024 I went around 11:30 am
to 11:50 am to buy lotto tickets, The front cashier Philippine lady very rude she didn't know how to talk with the customer and was very unprofessional. She told me to remove the eyeglasses and looked at me very disrespectfully saying it's our protocol, if it's protocol she can Ask for ID to verify but she didn't. She has a very rude and ugly face. Very Poor Customer Service and a HORRIBLE LADY

I am extremely offended and insulted. The manager Catalina, just now accused me of stealing beef jerky as I was purchasing milk, cigarettes and a hot dog. Now o am a heavy.y tattooed man so I can understand a little bit of stereo typing. But it’s still wrong. I am a 38 year old tattoo artist with a wife and 7 children. I work very hard for MY business. I just got back to Calgary at 11 pm from the Lethbridge tattoo festival. My day started at 6:30 am. I needed a couple things before going to bed. I really did NOT need this insult. Catalina, if you should receive word of this review, please look at your security footage of me placing the item neatly back on the rack. After that I look forward to a formal apology and maybe next time you judge somebody based on how they look you’ll remember this and act like a civilized person.

Sick of this 7-11 harboring junkies on thier property. I pay ridiculous taxes, not to have them conglomerate because your staff is afraid or unwilling to execute your rights and have them removed. Figure it out and stop it. Or move aside and change ownership.

The place is very bad. There is an old, ugly Filipina. She wears a lot of makeup, especially the red one. She has a bad manner. She does not know how to deal with customers. She drinks coffee and does not care about anyone to talk to. She said, “She is the manager here. She waited a long time until I paid the bill because he was busy drinking coffee, and more than that.” She is very slow at work, trying to get repentance from the customer. I refused to give her that

In my own personal experience with this 7-11 store location is based on the stars I gave for the store location is so clean and managed perfectly fine.In addition, store agents are very nice and fast customer service.

Biggest rip- off for milk. $6 for a litre.Go down to maple leaf 2 blocks away. 1/2 the price.

I have never dealt with more evil, greedy manager ( Filipino) in my life.
Attempted to get a refund for 2% milk that went sour 7 days before the expire date ( this was not the first time this had happened so I started to get receipts for all dairy products I buy there). The manager was so angry with me for returning a BAD product ( I guess she really didn't like to give money back) she told me not to come back, which I certainly won't.

The staff at this 7-11 are the best. Despite the expected turnover everyone here is Always smiling and always offer an authentic welcome greeting. They even took time to help ‘techslexic’ me with my 7-11app. Really appreciated. Overall a truly positive energy here and I’m grateful to have such fine people at “my 7-11”.

Tried calling the store numerous times to see if they had an item before I went in. Was hung up on three times. SMH ??♀️
