Went in at 1350 hrs on 23 Sept for Tim’s and then grab a big bite at the 7-11. Tim’s was ok & efficient. Went to Ask for a not overdone big bite and got one of the old ones, again. Lots of new staff there with the efficient and friendly manager who use to run a tight ship, gone. that store no longer exists. Looks like a replacement going on in that location. On my way to the condiment counter had to bypass a smelly customer? Who was exercising by the condiments. Moved when told to but then he started up in another area & ran into a supplier doing his job. Staff did nothing. It’s changing and not for the better.

OMG just now!! Today is 28 of june 2025 and I went there to get coffee and a cig. I live nearby and it is not my first time visiting the store and everytime I go there I think twice before entering, why? Because the staff is soo rude soooo rude that made me right this review. Is the manager or senior managers reading my comment here ? There was a lady she ruined my whole day!!! Why would a person be so manerless and rude to strangers ?? Doesnt make sense at all

If you want old crusty food and expired snacks they have them!
Or if you’re looking to lose some weight try their “fruit cups” or their wraps, and you will be sure to get food poisoning. Don’t worry about the chicken wings which are more expensive than the chicken wings at Richmond Pub, which is just across the street. They’re cooked to absolute dry and hard perfection and they likely won’t give you food poisoning, But I could see them chipping ones tooth. Their sausage rolls are also the most dried meats you could possibly have, even dryer than their beef jerky. Out of the 26 People that work there (although they do generally last less than a year). There may be one that actually does their job well. Of course, this depends on a number of Variables. If you need a quick stop to go to the bathroom do not go here.
