I ordered 8 drinks off skip yesterday, received 4 and now when I call to get a refund of the drinks another time their phone is messed up. They did not let skip know they didn’t send them so now I am not being issued a refund for their mistake.

Needed fuel, stopped in to get . Preauthorized for 150 in diesel. Put nozzle into tank and pulled the trigger. The damn wand starts leaking at the threads around tube at the handle. Stopped it and repulled. Still leaking but only at a few drips. It would not stop. I went in to tell the staff it was leaking. Was told that it doesn't. Had to prove it to a staff member. All the while running down my pickup. Finished fueling, went in to complain again and was told to take it up with the manager. Lmao I've tried calling the manager 4 times , no answer, no returned call. So I've decided this is how I will deal with it. Either repair your pump handles or be reported to the city for environmental reasoning. Your choice.

I told the employee to get 2 649 tickets and she gave another game ticket told her i didn’t request that and she said sorry i can’t do anything for you. Horrible

Went there to buy a coffee just for the machine to give me a cup of hot water, gave me the wrong smokes and made me stand there and waste my time when I’m in a rush. Didn’t notice they were the wrong smokes because I was so frustrated with the workers. Then they have the nerve to give me a dollar for my refund. Yea I’ll be keeping these smokes and I’ll be back for my free stuff yall owe me

The staff is ok most of the time but is sometimes rude by speaking a language that isn't one of the two recognized languages spoken in Calgary or use their cell phones while serving a customer

Dec 28 8:30pm. After paying gas on cashier he didn’t ask me if I need the car wash. So i supposed to get car washed no charge. But he insisted that I’m wrong and he mentioned that he said ( is there anything else) which according to him covers everything including car wash. I said you’re wrong and he didn’t admitted instead he insulted me in front of everybody and said to me that I just want a free car wash. Anyway for the business owner is it right to promote your car wash and for safety of the drivers. For more than 10 years experience using this gas station I’m very disappointed with this kind of behaviour; unprofessional, unfriendly and most of all very racist. Is this the kind of business you’re running. Not good for this community

I wish I could’ve given them negative rating. The worst 7-11 in Calgary. Their customer service is a bizarre. They themselves doesn’t have idea about their promotions and give the wrong info. If you cross check they’ll just argue.
