I wish I can give a negative one star me and my grandma tried calling to get some snacks it took at least 2 minutes for them to answer and when they did it was silence about 5 seconds go by and they hang up twice I am very disappointed in my favorite Slurpee shop

I wish I could give them zero star. Pathetic service by the salesman thereat last night. He said that I can't provide the duplicate receipt as my manager is not here. It took me an hour to explain him that you should be able to respond regardless the availability of manager or other damn excuses.

Worst Customer Service experience at a Sevel Eleven so far in 4 years of Calgary life. Be careful with those East Indian girls if you are not white. They only stereotype based on skin colour. I don't dig that.

Don’t go here, out dated floor layout, so cramped in the aisles you’ll get caught on items just walking up and down the aisle.Customer service…. Poor, horrendous, never going here again, staff were rude and unpleasant. I’ll drive down the road the the sev at 52 and temple drive next time. Much more professional and friendly. Stacey runs a tight ship over there!

I just stopped at this location verify bad experience the assistant manager vivia didn't ask for my points card and refused to add my points ask for a refund so I could get my points by repurchasing she got angry and refused to sell me. Very nasty attitude should not be a manager and needs costumer service Training. Poor service badassistant manager surely you can find a better person the camera is there watch it for proof0 star I've never had these experiences here before she should be removed.
