So I went this morning to grab energy drinks a toquitos, I always get the Monterey jack chicken, well this morning someone didn't do their job properly and put beef taco in that spot. Well for the average person this wouldn't be an issue but I happen to have a red meat allergy. I have now spent the past 2 hours quite sick from this. I worked at 7-11 when I was 18 and this was not a thing taken lightly if someone made a mistake and all the manager had to say when I called was "oh these things happen" how ignorant. I will sooner back track on my way to work to stop be 7-11 than deal with people that have no common sense or remorse for their mistakes.

Not one pump has paper to give a receipt after fueling up.Always have to go inside and when you let staff know they ignore you and say "heres your big buck".

I normally don't have any problems but every time I go for a hot drink that's not coffee its just hot wwater.they never fill there drink machines.

Absolute Roast to this 711!! The other staff who worked there were very friendly and courteous!!! It must be under new management and when I was in the the other day they charged me for 2 bananas which I did not get!!! Also, I bought something this eve and asked to change a 20 and the cashier said no change, she opened other till and said no change. I said what if someone came in and needed change she pointed to the safe. ABSOLUTELY LAZZZZY STAFF!!! LOST a CUSTOMER and maybe the corporate 711 should hear what these employees are not doing!!!

Used to be my childhood 711 but now this place is full of junkies and crackheads outside that accost you at every chance.

Whichever Cashier double charged people for juice that was clearly already paid for, i hope you lose your job. Double charging something is beyond wrong and you are a horrible person. I will never be stopping by this location again. As for the owner, properly train your staff or please close your store.
