Worst services. People working here are not considerate about customer service. For giving away the delivery orders they don't even have a $0.25 bag. On top of that the male person working on the counter is not courteous. No wonder I see mostly 0 to 1 stars. I never visited this 7-Eleven again

I bought a basic car wadh, had the car wash done and I went for groceries.
On grocery stor parking lot, I noticed the wash didnt work and my vehicle was still dirty everywhere
I went back to the 7 eleven store and asked to give me a re wash as the car wash didnt do well.
The sales associate whose name was AKSHAY said that he wants to check my car, I said yes ofcourse and proceeded outside.
After seeing and confirming, he asked a very absurd question. He said" can you explain me all the steps that you did it in carwash"?
Like I was in an exam?really?
I was really startled with his attitude, but I still told him the steps and told him that this behaviour with a customer is unaccepted.
He made me feel like I was cheating or I was trying to get a $13 wash without actually getting the wash at first attempt.
He started arguing and said "mam I am asking you question A and you are giving me answer of question B"
I dont really understand what kind of customer service is this
I told hjm that he can keep the re wash but I will take this behaviour to his management. I was given the re wash after useless arguement.
I had the worst experience where I was made to feel like I am a con and trying to get $13 wash with a scam.
There is no point asking a customer to explain the step, how stupid a customer could be? Driving for 5 minutes in a car wash? Obviously we follow directions otherwise I would have hit the carwash bay door or the carwash robotic arms.
I dont really understand how rocket science is it in a carwash, how come anyone can continue driving in an automatic carwash??and why did Akshay need to know the steps of carwash by me? To confirm if I enetered the car wash or sold it for higher money in black market and asking for another one???
If you guys hire students, pls ask them to leave their student mindset outside of work environment and they should have better communication skills.
They should better be trained well and trained how to deal with customers, and how to respect
Due to this humilating attitude, I will never evver go to this store again.

I am a regular customer at the store . But on 28 July 2024 Sunday around 8:20 PM I came to visit the store I grab Slurpee cup and went to bathroom because of personal hygiene the guy named tapu said me u need to pay first I said give me 5 minute I come out of washroom went straight to the pay but that stupid guy kept on abusing me named Tapu . I would never visit this location ever again.

Expired products. I bought their 7-select beef Jerky, single serving size for $4.99, only to discover after eating part of it, that it was a week past it's expiration date! $5 for food poisoning. Thanks a lot. It's your own, overpriced product. Stock your shelves better.

Today I went to this institution, I was very disappointed (( I was waiting for me to be noticed by runging into a Punjabi with his apparently friend, a man with a turban on his head, and of course without understanding the essence of my question, just sent me to the other end of the hall and continued to communicate. I walked around the hall and looked for what I needed, and without finding anything, I decided to come up and ask again, he went somewhere with his friends. I decided to leave such a service. I don’t recommend the service with Indian guys on the counter to anyone. Disgusting!

Place is disgusting in washrooms. There was fecal matter everywhere. I lived in Citadel in the 90s, and this 711 was so much better. I go to Tim's for a coffee use washrooms and was absolutely disgusted by the state of the washroom. This is a health and safety matter. Dealing with infectious control in my work life to see this is disgusting.. told the ladies at the front, and all I got was giggling. Hope the facilities were cleaned up for other guests, but 711 should be ashamed for the state of the washroom. Try renovating the washroom as well. There is black mold on tiles in the corners, and it is just disgusting... have pictures that I will be submitting to Alberta Health. I know it is clearly a patron that destroyed your washroom, but regular checks need to be enforced. DISGUSTING!!!!!

It was fine. The cashier was polite and greeted me when I walked in. He also pointed out I had points to use if I wanted. No complaints!

Wonderful service, excellent management. When my favourite drink, a Mtn. Dew was served to me cold, the cashier was glad to replace it with a hot one.Overall lovely experience - But I can't say the same with the brawl going on out front, lost $20 betting on the other guy

By far the worst 7-11 I have experienced, I ordered some food that was "oven cooked" this turned out to be undercooked and was still quite cold, I was also overcharged for what I ordered. The staff did not seem to care or help.
