When discussed the manager or staff was not ready to listen or check on the price difference, and kept arguing ..Defnitely not the best experience

ordered a late night snack for myself. came in and my order was not ready and they could not find the correct items. tried to convince me to take substitutes and when I said I want a refund, they spent the next 15 mins finding the correct items. gave me a frozen brownie and icecream that I saw when I came home. ridiculous experience overall.
Update: went today and checked my order in my car. turns out they made substitutions for me and never told me in advance or literally in person, just sealed the bag so I couldnt look inside? When I went inside, the cashier told me nothing to be done now. Had to argue with him to get my money back in cash.

Manager/ owner not sure whom assumed that I wasn't handicap and tells me I can't use the handicap washroom because of Hygiene reason. Then argues with me telling me I'm not handicap. Super unimpressed with his professionalism

My husband and I always go to this convenience store to get gas and late-night snacks. Earlier tonight, we came and were looking around for some snacks. Suddenly, a Filipina employee with long blonde hair complained to her coworker that she was getting dizzy because we kept walking around the store. We were pissed when we heard that! Like, is there a problem with that? Are we not allowed to look for something we want to buy?Every time we come here, the employees welcome us nicely, but this is the first time we saw that lady employee, and she didn’t even bother to greet us and had the audacity to comment like that. We could easily go to FreshCo, which is just across from them to get chips and snacks for a way cheaper price, but instead, we always go to this store. I hope that lady has a bit more respect towards regular customers and thinks first before making unnecessary comments. It makes the customers so uncomfortable.

This is not just for this 7-eleven but the stores in general are out of control when you charge more for a cup of coffee then stores downtown 3 wedges cost 2.50 for a quarter of a potato I could buy a whole bag of potato's for the price of 6 wedges here, I'll never go back to a 7 eleven again and I'd recommend no one else dose ether what a rip off

Just bought cigarettes from here and everytime I ask for 20 pack they give me 25 that's what they did today and I didn't notice until I got home I think they're trying to upsell! ??♂️
