I went to fill up th gas. I chose regular gas however, when the amount got deducted from my account I noticed they have charged me for tge supreme gas price. I wish I could give negative rating. Never coming back at this gas station ever.

I’ve been coming here regularly, but lately it’s been frustrating that almost every morning all three coffee pots (Colombian, Exclusive, and Decaf) are empty. When asked about it, ElGloria responds rudely, saying people need to wait while she makes more. This isn’t just an occasional thing. It happens most mornings. Her attitude also really stinks and needs to change; nobody wants to deal with that kind of behaviour first thing in the morning.
Looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s complained about poor customer service here. Most of us just want to grab a cup of coffee and head to work, not deal with rudeness or delays. If this keeps happening, I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.

To the female employee working December 12 at noon, who refused to help me when I politely asked for change: you told me the store had none, yet the moment I bought something, you suddenly did. That was dishonest, completely unnecessary and showed a real lack of compassion and basic humanity. If you didn’t want to help unless I spent money, you should have just said so. I hope you don’t come across a time where you genuinely need help and people choose not to help you unless you pay them first. Terrible customer service.

Girl at the cash today literally tried to steal my money and not give me right change, when I called her out she told me she didn’t have that amount in the register, I said how’s that my fault figure it out your stealing from me and then I magically got my money back, you people really fit the stereotype of scammers prove me wrong if you can

Not the greatest clientele amd the staff always seem to skip any discount offers on the 7-11 points program. Why bother having a loyalty card if your staff screw it up.

I don't know what's worse the rock hard pizza Slices or the girl that works here on night shift..
I asked her if it's fresh she gave me attitude..
I pick it up and it's rock hard
She says it's fresh that it's 25 min old.. I asked if I can see the timer as a joke ..
Then I asked when does this imaginary timer expire...as I would like to come back for a fresh slice...she said if I ask Nicely that I can get one made.
So I ask can I get it ...she said no not tonight anyone.
I'm going to make some phone calls tomorrow so they get a good inspection that's for sure

I will drive down the street to another gas station rather than walk to this one next door. As posters have mentioned: manager, please ban the man who is there all the time, watching cartoons loudly, yelling, standing by the door. He has been there the last three times. Your staff and customers are unsafe. PLEASE BAN THIS MAN.

I have tried numerous times to go there and I think this may be the worst 7 11 in the city. Just went there today and ordered a wing meal, I asked for honey garlic, there were enough in the hot plate, but she dumped a bag of ice cold ones into the hot plate and then grabbed me cold ones. I did not have time to get new ones so I left them there and was not given a refund.

I stopped by McDonald’s hoping for a quick meal, but left frustrated. The service was incredibly slow despite it not being busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong — missing items and what I did get was cold. The fries were limp, the burger tasted stale, and the drink was mostly ice.
Cleanliness was also an issue. The tables were dirty, trash bins overflowing, and the bathroom was in poor condition. I get that it’s fast food, but the basics still matter — fresh food, accurate orders, and a clean environment.
Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

We love that we live so close and we'd definitely come here more often but there's a scary guy who is always here tweaked out, screaming about how high he is and scaring everyone. The cashiers can't do anything about him but politely ask him to quiet down or go outside but when you're standing next in line with 3 little ones buying slushies ready to face off against a guy 3 times your size.... We'll go a little further and go somewhere else.
The owners need to do something about this guy. He's owning you right now.
