I went tonight around 9:30 and there were 3 workers & I stay on the counter and behind me the coworker? He came and they served food for him and ignored me 0/10 on customer service and didn’t say any word for excuse

Indian guy working around 8 pm on 29/11/2024 . First of all they don’t know how to deal with coustmer and secondly they have really bad attitude and very poor coustmer service.
To store manager : take some immediate against him..

Hi there really very Discusting to get the order of 2 crispy chicken burgers if somebody call even 15 min before to reach even you guys take 1 hr 10 min to prepare it . Please improve your services .

I usually just visit this 7-11 for gas as it’s closer to me. Today I decided to stop by and get some food which I wasn’t sure was going to be fresh. Aditi at this 7-11 assured and made sure I get the perfect fresh food. I would recommend this store for food if you talk to their employees first and then get your food. Thankyou Aditi for my order.

Whenever I fill the gas they never have receipt at the gas pump printer ! always empty .May be printer paper are expensive ??? ! we need receipt after fill the Gas .Please check atleast once a day printer paper at the pump .

Very poor customer service by assistant managers parminder kaur she does not know how to deal with her customers no professionalism or customer care knowledge she should go and learn about basic customer service before working we bought a propane tank from them yesterday around 7 pm. When we were preparing for barbecue the tank was empty we went back today at 5pm and asked them about the tank being empty she first denied that it was her then. Upon checking she said oh ya I told her to pick up the tank from the top shelves and she picked it. We asked her she is not supposed to pick it up she should’ve Brought it down for her from the cage . But she didn’t care about it. She was rude the whole time during the conversation. And asked us to pay for another one and come back tomorrow when the manager comes tomorrow morning.
Will never go this 711 anymore.

I CAME IN AND ASKED THE CASHIER FOR A SMALL FREE SLUPEE SHE SAID As they had on promotion today. But she said I have to buy Large. She doesn't have Small cup.. lot of people arr leaving

I wish i could give zero stars. I come on the 11th day of the 7th month, to get a free slurpee at 7:30pm. Outside on the board it says “free slurpees between 7am to 11pm”. I was told that they’re not giving slurpees anymore after i walked 20 minutes to get one. What a big waste of time! Next time if you’re gonna stop giving out free slurpees by 7:30pm, please update your boards.

“Free slurpee day” but you got to buy the cup (small cup). Never heard of this at any other location even if they have run out.
