It always smells like a greasy batch of deep fryers in this store - doesn’t matter how long you stay in store, you always come out smelling horrible because of how much grease fills the store. Staff is awesome and never treats me bad. Just the smell and overall feel of yuck.

I went to 7-Eleven Erinwoods last Friday morning. I was assisted by Joy, she’s very good in upselling and customer service. I bought 3 chicken sandwiches from her. Congrats to the Manager of Joy because you trained her well 😊

Worst store in the city. None of the workers know what they are doing as they get confused when i ask for a chicken sandwich or when i pay with cash. Floors are always sticky and food should not pass safety inspections. We need old management back to save this place. 1 star is too much

why is that when i come to this store, i leave with a negative experience. spent $14 on some chicken and wedges and got the equivalent to raw dog food. who in their right minds cooked this stuff. gave some to my niece without knowing and almost got her sick. whats the point in even having this place open? just go down the street to petro canada. what a joke. learn how to clean your floors.

Everytime I come to this store in hopes of walking into a decent convenience store, my hopes and dreams get shattered. I ordered a Monterey chicken taquito and they said they have it. Moments later I was given a beef taquito which I cannot consume due to my religion. I came back and asked for what I wanted in the first place and they refused to give it to me as they didn’t have it. In the end they gave me no refund or the item I purchased, just another Luke-warm taquito.
Every time I try to get a slurpee or big gulp, it’s always watered down like the bow river and is just tragic. I hope that the higher ups take action and fix everything that is wrong with this store. I used to come here as a kid when the management actually knew what they were doing. Now it’s just a waste of time. Nice one pal!

Absolutely the worst, 7-Eleven in the damn city. Staff are absolutely rude they slack off more than high School kid goes to school, If you ever ate at this establishment you will notice that the chicken is a week old and it's stale and hard, and somehow even after a week of this chicken being warmed up it's still pink and raw Cannot believe they sell such a thing for human consumption. The floors are sticker than a fly trap and the place overall stinks I remember when this place used to be good.

I got some raw chicken wings at 11 at night yesterday. Wasn’t even like undercooked, it was like straight up raw. Went straight to the garbage bin. Floors are always sticky too, and it also took them a couple months to remove a toilet that was in the parking lot on the side of the store. This 7-11 is cheeks compared to other ones.

Came in to get a couple of drinks gas and food for a trip. The main employee who helped us, Joyvel was friendly and service went smoothly with no issues.

stopped coming here long ago. place is trash now cuz of new management. they have poor quality food and staff. the good ratings you see here are from their own staff lol anyways
