WARNING: RAW CHICKEN!!!!!
Just ordered the fried chicken today, PLEASE see the product i received. This is totally unacceptable that no one is checking the finished product before putting out to the customer. When i brought it back there's two staff in the counter and show it to them. They just looked each other and both of them said "OH"!!! They didn't say anything or even apologize. Nobody took ownership of this incident. The Lady cashier just gave my money back and walked away! Please be cautious when ordering the chicken.

Check your expiry dates from this place. Just bought a meat product that had been expired for 3 months. Pretty dangerous stuff.

I can't WAIT for the new 7-11 to open down the block so I no longer have to go in here. Hopefully the new one is run by corporate or a franchisee who actually cares.First of all- this store is FILTHY! Comparing this to a small town gas station is degrading to small town gas stations. I can't even stand to take my daughter in there for a slurpee with liquid, straw wrappers and who knows what else covering the counters. Don't even get me started on the washroom! YIKES!.All this right under the staff's noses who either don't care or are legally blind.There a couple of really friendly workers here but for the most part I feel like an inconvenience or an interruption to staff when I go in there.A decent district manager would spend a little more time at this location especially with a brand new squeaky CLEAN 7-11 opening up 300 metres away.

This location is a joke. On any given day something is broken. From the nacho cheese to actual nachos being available. Inconvenience store. Probably nothing will happen to change behavior at this location. I just go down the street. I advise you to do the same.

Over all a very good 7/11 I dont know why people complain its honestly really good, employees are nice and its always on stock! Not the cleanest but very good service, I come here after school sometimes.

The Filipino ladies speak in their language and talk about me because I go there everyday to buy something. They make it seem like it's problem to go there everyday? Just today I went in, they both were like (everyday this lady comes in) making it seem like its a issue or maybe they're making fun of me or something. I get a bad vibe from them everytime I go in, sometimes I don't even like going to the till when I see them working because they give me a ugly vibe like I shouldn't be shopping there or something! Next time I go in I'll be making a complaint to the day manger! I feel like just because the ladies speak another language doesn't give them a right to speak about daily customers what's so ever. There's only two women in there that have nothing but kindness and respect two other short ladies during the day have bad attitude and seem like they judge everytime I walk in. NOT COOL!I live across the street I go there everyday because well I want to. I always feel uncomfortable by the two short Filipino ladies look at me and speak in their language. I have friends and my brother inlaw is Filipino I sorts understand the language I feel like they just judge and judge lol. Idky it's such a problem for me to go there EVERYDAY!! AND BUY STUFF??? Horrible customer service from these immigrants...

Worst trained staff and dirtiest 7-11 I've ever been to. I've been here 3 times and each time there's a long line up and only one staff on cashier while the others are doing other things. Today the staff on the till charged me $28 for some items. I told her that the price was wrong and I showed her the advertised price right near the till. She refused to change it saying that whatever it was scanned is what the price is, even though there's a clear sign right by the till that gave a much lower price. With ten people waiting behind me, she said she didn't care what I said as she only works there part time (not sure what she meant by that.) For the sake of the lineup, I told her to cancel it all and left. I drove to another nearby 7-11 where there was cheerful staff and I bought the exact same items and the bill was just over $18.Do yourself a favor and avoid this 7-11!! There are a few others close by that are run way more efficiently.

I was there in the early evening recently. There was a line up and two cashiers. I was last in line and waited my turn patiently. When I did get in front of one of the cashiers, she looked at me and walked away and began to clean the hot food display. The other cashier was still busy with a customer. I understand they need to multi-task but her attitude was dismissive. She continued to clean and ignore me. When her royal highness finally decided to acknowledge me, she over-charged me for my purchase. Okay-dokey. No thanks. I won't be back.

This 7/11 have always issue with their washroom even washroom is clean but they ll never say yes..m never gonna stop here for gas, coffee or anything…some time , you can’t control so you have to use washroom but there staff is so rude …
