I am sharing my experience from Sep 10 around 7pm - I spent 50 dollar on gas and I asked the female employee that I need to use washroom, the female said, the bathroom is open , you can go when, I went to bathroom the bathroom was locked ,then again I asked male employee that the bathroom is locked the male worker said ohh somebody forgot the key inside washroom and washroom is locked. He was lying straight up. Thinking I m fool.
.The worker were so rude .
I would recommend people, don't go to this store . staff can't be bothered extremely unhelpful. I m giving them business and they cant let customer use a washroom.

Super weird experience recently. I went in, grabbed a drink and a lotto ticket and the clerk asked for my ID. I'm over 30, but was like whatever ok and brought it out. She took it out of my hands and started typing in a bunch of stuff on her till for about 60 seconds and then handed it back to me without explaining what she was doing. She processed the ticket afterward, and carried on as normal. I asked what she needed my ID for and she just answered its ok and gave me a receipt. No explanation, no nothing.
You can ask for ID, but you should never be taking it out of the customers hands. There are so many issues with identity theft that it's a massive no-no.
Second, if you're taking my info for any reason you legally have to tell me why. It doesn't matter what it is, I have a right to be informed as to where my information goes. This is an extremely unusual practice for a convenience store to and needs to be investigated.

Came for a slush last night because Walmart was closed at 10. Had to throw out the whole slush as it tasted like rank mold.
Seems you guys need to fix your disgusting slush machine.

I bought an ice cream to them and I kept on returning to the store because I noticed some grainy texture in the ice cream, it doesn't taste like how a normal ice cream would usually taste like. I noticed also the best before date is MA 2023. I tried to make a refund because it was the third time that i went there to change the item but the crew didn't bother to refund and he said that the texture of all ice cream was just like that and he added that if it's still the same i cannot return it anymore. So i tried to choose different flavor with the best before date MA 2024. Very disappointing they're selling expired ice cream.

Very greedy owners.Gas prices always higher than others.Thank you for your reply, but $1.50 for regular gas, when other gas stations price $1.27-$1.30?This is how you care about your customers? Ripping off people? Do you know since January 1st 2023 there is fine up to $300000 for that.

A few weeks ago I made a purchase and Lost my Id. Not only has your employee disregard my request to look at the lost and found. She didnt even acknowledge and answer my inquiry. Now another employee has returned my Id. That same employee going by the name of Praline once again refused to allow my purchase and made me walk to another nearby 7/11 at -27 temparature. Even when I have shown proof of my previous purchase using the App receipt. She is clearly discriminating agaisnt males. when she ask another emeploye if they knew me And i know ive made interaction with that person she refuse to knowing who i was. out of fear.
