I was very impressed with the service I received at the store. Jaspreet was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful.
The store was organized and very clean.

The store used to be great, with awesome staff. Not sure what happened but the new staff are terrible and the shelves are bare. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The manager of this location is very rude and uncomfortable. They have a price match policy and every time she makes us feel unwelcome because we asked. We have many friends that have stopped shopping here as we all have a lot better options in the neighborhood with much more friendly staff.

I’ve been a Fairmount ACE customer for just over three years now. I have had nothing but extremely amazing customer service! I live in Acadia, and I drive all the way down to Fairmount, just because of the friendly staff, the management, as well as the outstanding selection of spirits and wines. I give this store five stars ?????. I forget the managers name, it could possibly be Chrissy t.. She has hired the best staff ever. And her customer service is also so appreciated. This store is great! The manager is such a peach and is funny and super helpful and friendly. And her staff is absolutely incredible and soo knowledgeable and will go above and beyond for ya. If you are not shopping here you are missing out on a great experience and awesome prices. Excellent job you guys

This place is amazing! I wish all liquor stores had staff like this place! Justin, you are incredible!My fiance walked in tonight for an 8 pack and this "Ace" upsold her on a 15 pack... !!!?!?!?!How? Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Crissy, the Manager, helped me find great wine ( red and white) for fondue. Cashier was efficient and kind. Recommend.

Perfectly good little liquor store.They had some nice sales. Not a huge scotch selection (which was what I was there for).
