Warning. Short haired Karen working here. She enjoys spreading misery! I’m a 50 year old man, full beard. I haven’t been asked for id since I was 16. I’ve been to this store a couple dozen times. Every time she’ll have the worst customer service I’ve experienced of any store in my 50 years. The rest of the staff is excellent. If there is two lineups with 20 people waiting in one and zero people waiting for her, then save yourself the aggravation and wait for any other staff member!

The entire staff here is miserable and they make sure you are too by the time you leave. I tried putting up with it but it's just worth it to drive the extra five minuets to the Ace in Riverbend. Every Ace liquor in the city you're greeted with smiles and kindness but here you get pure anger and bitterness (especially from the older lady with grey hair). Its sad to see such a good franchise suffer from such a bad staff

Every time I go to this store the customer service is very good. The younger guy there especially is very welcoming. Would absolutely recommend!

Whoever is the purple haired older woman needs to learn some customer service skills. The rest of the staff here are wonderful and thats why I give 2 stars. She knows me and has ID'd me everytime. I'm almost 40 years old and she thought she would make a comment about my almost expired license in a month. Who does that? Do your job.Good selection of brews and good prices. Ace corporate... if you are seeing this get rid of her she's not a good fit. The past reviews you see are about her. Get rid of her and this is a 5 star establishment.

Walked into the store through the cooler, selected my beer. Then waited behind 4 people in line. My order got put thru and was just about to tap my card. Then Karen came told me i cant shop without a mask. All good. Dont gotta worry bout me coming back. Last i checked customers pay the bills. But what do i know
