One of my favourite stores in Calgary. It always has the cutest clothes and jewelry. So glad they expanded, the new expansion moved the fitting rooms so now they feel bigger. The staff is always happy to help

Such amazing ladies! Morgan and Rorry were so kind, patient, and helpful. I left with more than I came in because I couldn't decide but they didn't pressure me at all which is so rare in retail these days. If a size wasn't out they got it for me from the back! 10/10 will be back

Although they have beautiful clothes the customer service is terrible. I had a credit to spend there and the last time I went in I left without even trying anything as the sales associates were awful. Rude, ignored me and not friendly. I spent the credit today and although the one who helped me try on was pleasant again I dealt with the same associate from my last visit and that’ll be last time I spend any money at the store.
Such a shame because the clothes are great. You’d think a local, independent boutique would be more friendly to their community.

I love coming here when I have a big event and want a good quality dress. I have bought many dresses from here and every time I come in I get the same lovely interactions from the ladies. I am always greeted when I walk in and asked it I need any help, which usually I tell them I am just browsing and they always mention that if I need help finding any extra sizing they will take a look in the back for me which I love!. When I have a few dresses in my hand they always ask to start a fitting room for me and it never feels like I have to chase them to do so. They are also amazing at giving advice when you are trying anything on, all the ladies are extremely sweet and you’ll always leave feeling beautiful.

The customer service at this store was the worst I have ever experienced in Calgary. Despite there being only one other customer in the store, my request to try on two sizes of my chosen dresses was completely mishandled. The staff member with short hair gave me the same size of the same dress twice. When I asked another employee for a smaller size, she said she would look for one but then disappeared and never returned.
As I prepared to leave, the short-haired staff member questioned if the dresses worked for me. I explained that I hadn't had the opportunity to try on the smaller size because no one came back. She immediately became rude and defensive, claiming, "I gave you two sizes." I corrected her, stating that she had given me the same size twice and that no one returned with the other size. She sarcastically replied, "Oh, so I made a mistake and then I didn't come back quickly enough for you?"
Who talks to customers this way? I was left standing undressed, waiting for a dress, with no communication about the delay. Despite only having two customers in the store, they failed to provide even a basic level of customer service and displayed an ugly attitude. As I walked away, she raised her voice in a mocking tone, saying, "You have yourself a nice day." This was my first and last visit to this pretentious store.

I absolutely LOVE Adorn Boutique! Such a beautiful store with unique pieces! I came in because I saw a dress online for my sister’s wedding, I called, and they had no problem putting the dress on hold for me. When I came in, Aurora helped me, really went above and beyond. I am really grateful; this is a new go to for me! Thank you so much!

Today we came across this great gem of a store. The sales people were extremely helpful. We found a grad dress at a reasonable price. I'm so glad we went there instead of the outrageously priced bridal/grad dress stores! My daughter is so relieved to find an unique dress that she feels great in without going in debt!
