I had read great reviews about Alberta Time Svc Ltd. Today I had the battery in my Breitling replaced and the water test performed. Suzanna was fantastic and the work was done in just over an hour with really good pricing.
As I was dropping my watch off there were a number of other customers picking up and dropping of Rolex watches.
Very impressed with this little shop. Thank you!!

I was quoted for 160 dollar repair for a new clasp on my David Yurman bracelet. I took the bracelet to Alberta Time Services LTD for a second opinion. Mr. Jogia closed the clasp in 30 seconds for me and it looks good as new. Unmatched service and professionalism.

Stopped in to get an aftermarket watch bracelet installed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to change the bracelet and resize it for me while I waited.
100% will be back for all my watch repairs/services.

Great shop downtown!
I brought in a 35+ year old watch for repair and am very pleased with the service. The ladies in the shop are a no nonsense bunch. Straight to the point and I like that! They are efficient and courteous. Al is the gentleman who repaired my watch and he did a fantastic job. When I first arrived he explained everything he knew about it type of watch, explained his background and experience, and reassured me that he will take a look at the piece then essentially provide me a quote on the cost. We went ahead with the repair and he communicated via phone with me if anything had changed with the pricing or amount of work the watch needed. I am very pleased with my experience here. This will be my go to shop for anything watch related in the future.

They seem to run a nice shop. I paid a visit for a repair on my grandfather’s watch, just a basic old timex - the shops men were very quick to point out that replacement parts weren’t readily available, all needed was another battery.
This is my perspective, they didn’t seem very receptive to the fact it was my deceased grandfather’s and proceeded as they normally would otherwise - otherwise I enjoyed stopping by.

I recently visited Alberta Time Service in Calgary Downtown to replace the batteries in five watches, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The staff, led by Amratlal (Al) Jogia, was not only friendly and accommodating but also incredibly skilled and efficient. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable cost.
I have known Al and his team for quite some time now, and I have never been disappointed with their work. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend Alberta Time Service to anyone in need of watch repair or battery replacement services. You won't be disappointed!

Clearly the reviews are paid for. I should have known better for falling for them but I always give the benefit of the doubt. I want to support small businesses like this and feel dirty when I buy online. But $15 for a 50¢ battery. You are allowed to make a profit. I am not upset about that. Fooling me is not okay.
