I live rural and am very happy with the sales and service, they really did set us up for success, everything needed for the install was provided, no extra trips to the hardware store for anything, highly recommend using aladin air, 5 stars is deserved.

I have had an 8 kw Alladin steam generator for 25 years. It still works perfectly and has never been repaired. Amazing considering the hard water in Calgary. Highly recommended .

Called today to get help with our (2) Valor Fireplace Model 530XCN. The owner, Richard, answered the phone personally. Even though we did not purchase the fireplaces from him, he was more than willing to help by answering questions and making helpful suggestions. We will be purchasing from him from now on. Thank you!

In the past 4 years we've had two fireplace inserts from Alladin Air... We were so happy with our first done in 2017, we just had a second put in our basement (2021). Very friendly, knowledgeable, and second-to-none service. Highly recommended!

Aladdin Air has a great showroom for gas and electric fireplaces. I purchased a Valor from them years ago and it has never given me any issues. I have also purchased a humidifier from Alladin Air. I took it in today for it's first service in 10 years. The owner is very knowledgable. You will enjoy visiting them.

We have purchased a valour gas fireplace insert, between getting it installed and the follow up service I wish there was a way to provide more then 5 stars. The fireplace was leaving a white haze in the house Roger and the team have been to the house multiple time and have phone just to make sure everything is resolved. If you are purchasing a gas fireplace insert, I would not go anywhere else. I could not be any happier.

Allidain-Air was very professional and did an Excellent job with our Valor gas insert. Roger goes above and beyond, and did an amazing job with trimming out the face plate to fit our Stone fireplace and make it look like it was always that way. thank you

Knowledgeable and helpful people working together as a team. The owner is down to earth, knows the product very well and answers questions honestly. Scheduled visits and installation dates ( and times!) were honored. The only down side was having to wait for our municipal gas inspector which delayed enjoying this beautiful fireplace for an additional week.
