They sucks, especially the Arab lady I don't know whether she's is the boss or not, she doesn't know how to give customer service. She is so rude and some kind of arrogant, and she's unfriendly. I ain't going back there and don't recommend to others. In addition the machines are old.. All in all the place sucks???

I am a massage therapist, and owner of a small clinic. I started using Alsco because I was unable to install a washer/dryer in the building we rent in (it's a century-old building). I have had constant struggles with Alsco, in quality, consistency of service, and in customer service. Their counts are always off, promised items are not always delivered, and I often have to deal with sheets that looked like they fell on a dirty floor, or are so thin I am ashamed to let clients see them (no, we don't use those ones)!
I have tried repeatedly to work with them, to have patience, to alert them to the quality issues, with very little response. Reception staff are also often saying things like, "Well, I can't do anything about that!" when I am asking them to relay a message.
Now, when I told them that I wanted to cancel my contract, they are trying to lie about what was in the contract.
Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend them, to anyone!

Alsco went out of their way to contact me and return my wallet after I lost it in some hotel linens. Wonderful people who care about their customers.
