I had such a great experience with Izzy, my insurance advisor! It was my first time getting insurance, and she made the whole process super easy and smooth. She was patient, kind, and explained everything clearly without any stress. Her polite and positive attitude made a big difference, plus she’s got such a great sense of humour! Overall, Izzy was an absolute doll to work with. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free and friendly insurance experience!

I’ve been waiting for my MyRide application code ever since I took the insurance, and despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no proper follow-up from my advisor, Landie Yang.
As a client, I shouldn’t have to keep following up myself just to get what was promised. It’s been over two months, and even the phone lines are not reachable. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional service from AMA.
At this point, I’m genuinely considering canceling my membership because of the lack of accountability and communication. I hope AMA takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service process.

Waited in line for at least 40 minutes to re new my vehicle registration, in line with at least 10 people to do the same. There was only one teller which was in training by another individual and one that kept disappearing, very frustrating experience especially after renewing my $200 annual membership

Melissa was very helpful and patient helped me get a signature from my wife electronically. Even though it took longer than I had hoped, I highly recommend unlike other registries I have experienced they do what they can to help.

I will not be returning. Stood in line with others for at least 45 min. Not one of us knew you had to book an appointment in the app for better service. One staff looking at a dozen standing in line! Probably 20 to 30 min per customer. Then told to return as I needed a $150 medical, due to my birthday. I should have received a letter, which I did not! Tried to set up the app for a 2nd appt, but could not as it already exists under my husband's name. Don't waste your time going there. No benefit from being an AMA member anymore!!

Took my road test here, Reception was very nice and the front desk to help get my road test started is also very nice. My instructor was very kind gave me tips and i passed was very kind would recommend taking your road test here as its cheap and better then some other registries like southland

A huge shout out to Jamie M. at AMA Shawville. I had to go to AMA to do a couple plate changes. It was a little confusing but Jamie M. totally understood what I wanted to do right away! She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and definitely on the ball in understanding my confusing request! After being on the phone with my insurance company for an hour and 2 people later, they still didn't have the proper dates on my insurance papers so it was an extremely pleasant experience having JamieM. helping me with my plates! Amazing customer service!

Ajay from AMA Invictus roadside support came out within an hour and help get my tire from flat to fixed in no time. He had the right tools and right attitude to help me get on my way. Thanks Ajay!

The on call wait times have become absolutely absurd, I’ve waited on hold numerous times now up to and over an hour to speak to someone, something needs to change as it never used to be this terrible
