Bad bad service to that white lady the change room!!!My wife went to try on a sweater and skirt she’s been dying to try for months now, i was obviously waiting out by the door and when she called me to show it to me, she wanted me to go the room bc there are people walking around and she felt uncomfortable being exposed so i have to come in and i didnt close the door, but not even 5 seconds this white lady came very loud telling us we are not allowed to be inside together. It was so loud that the other customers heard it and it was so freaking embarrassing on our part especially me bc i have to walk out of the room and got so shy by the judgement look of other people who heard it. I know she is just doing her job but to embarrass us like that and knowing the door was not even closed was very traumatic enough for us to never come back!There are many ways to approach us in that scenario tbh but she chose to shout at us with her loud annoying high pitch voice and rude approach and that is certainly NOT okay.Train your employees to respect their customers! It was our first time shopping at Aerie and now we are never coming back!

Love Aerie. However, not this location. I never leave bad reviews but I was very frustrated with my experience. Went in on a weekday morning. Slow and many staff. I was the only customer in the store. The change room girl said let me know if you need anything. I needed a different size so I looked for her, she wasn’t there. So I pressed the button that notifies them if you need help. No one came. I waited patiently. After 20 minutes I decided to leave and just order online instead. When I left there was no one on the floor, just 1 girl at the till who also didn’t notice me. I’ll go to cross iron next time.

A special shoutout to Kate!My experience shopping today was great from start to finish. Kate was the main associate I interacted with and it truly felt like I was shopping with a friend the entire time.During my fitting, Kate paid special attention to the little details that would make me feel the most comfortable in a bra (what I went in to the store to purchase). When discussing options and their details, she paid special attention to locating the ones I would be most drawn to and when I mentioned that one of the options would not be right, she whisked over it with ease and confidence. I didn't feel forced to try this suggestion on and felt heard.Kate checked in on me while trying on my items without being overbearing. She gave honest and kind feedback about the fit, which helped me to find the right style and size. Her confidence in her feedback and suggestions made me love the bra I chose and feel comfortable in my purchase.She led me through the entire transaction from the fitting, fitting room, and color selection. I continued to shop around alone after we found the perfect set. One special thing that made this experience memorable was that before she went on her break, she came to say goodbye. This small act made me feel like the relationship she built was not just a sale and was more human/personal. Kate is a true gem in the retail world!I continued to exclaim how amazing Kate was at her job. She has a true talent for connecting with people, making them feel comfortable, and being her authentic self. As someone who's education and work background is in leadership and management, Kate was a great example of what it means to serve and seek to bring value to others.I'll happily be back to this shop and look forward to many more great shopping experiences here!

Racist change room associate named Grace. We were next in line for the change room and a white lady just came in and Grace gave her a room that had just opened up. I mentioned "weren't we next?" and was ignored and left us standing. We were standing for another minute when another associate came by and got us a room immediately. There were rooms available but Grace never bothered to let us in or check

came in today and had a great experience, staff was friendly and were helpful with finding sizes and getting my stuff ready in the fitting room. Megan was our cashier and she was super friendly.

Staff could no care less. I spend 10 minutes there looking for underwear and being totally ignored by two ladies who did not stop their conversation even for a moment.

The manager is extremely rude and condescending. I tried to return an item that was defective and was turned down because of the “return policy” before explaining what happened. Coming from someone who works in customer service, this was absolutely horrible customer service. I ended up calling the customer service number and they said it shouldn’t be a problem and I was able to return the item at American Eagle at Southcentre Mall with no issues.

the manager here is ridiculously rude.it was 15 minutes to close and we just came in to look around. she didn’t bother saying hi, instead she told us that the store is about to close, and then walked off. Once we were at the til, she refused to acknowledge us, and when we had a question for her, she was dismissive. Order online.

Well not surprised to see the reviews here.. absolutely garbage customer services by staff and manager. Its not customer's fault that you have a miserable job and life.. learn and educate your staff to show some professionalism and work ethic. Not going to return and will ask others not to come there.
