This was the third time I’ve gone into this store to do an online return (Aerie sizing is hard to get right) in the last few months and each time my experience with the employees gets worse. The hassle I got from the woman today was ridiculous. Apparently order numbers aren’t good enough anymore for a return. She wants proof of the email/payment/personal information. Refusing to do the refund until I went back through and found the email only for her to quickly glance at it. Not that the company will care but today you lost a customer.

The east indian male sales associate kept following me around the store asking me what size i need. I told him 3x that i was just browsing. I guess ordering online is better or simply not shopping at this store at all.

i always love coming here but they need a better line up to pay. they have these stickers on the floor that say “line starts here” and none of the cashiers looked over to see if anyone was in line (me), they proceeded to ring out people that came after me but lined up directly in front of the cashier. pretty unfair lol.

Decent men's and women's clothing store situated in South Centre Mall.They carry shirts, pants/jeans, shorts, underwear, socks, belts, hats, wallets, and other various items.

I've always loved the American eagle store. The quality of the clothing is great. The staff is super helpful and the price is on spot. The style of clothing they sell, for me, is great. I love the style. And it's clean no clothes on the ground and not dirty or dusty.

Displays were easy to navigate and find sizes.However, staff were extremely unaccomodating.I went on a mid-weekday evening, it was not busy. There was 1 customer other than me in the store when I walked in and 3 staffs.I was not offered any help at all!In addition, I had to keep making it obvious that I was waiting for a fitting room to be opened whilst holding several clothes - two of the staffs continued to chat right across me in the store.As I was shopping for my upcoming winter vacation, I had to try on things a few times, staffs passed by me and in front of me while I was holding a bulk of clothes on one hand as I had intended to buy them from my first fitting and several other clothes on the other hand as I was searching for more. No one offered to take them to the cashier, even though I had already tried going nearby the cash register to have them hold it while I shopped. It is hard to speak to staffs especially when they move or walk away when they see you approaching.As staffs were unapproachable and inconsiderate, I spent over an hour helping myself in the store, and two other new customers approached me for help and were helped - asking for certain things’ locations.This experience has been extremely unprofessional; I will not be coming back to this location despite the convinience of the distance. One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Pretty good place, tons of options and clothes to choose from. Ended up staying a large portion of the day in the mall and most of my purchases were from here. As a guy, that says something.
