This morning a woman with short hair was running the fitting rooms, there was several of us in there asking for a million different pairs of jeans and she did a fantastic job. Not only was she quick but she was also extremely patient and understanding with all of the customers.

Excellent customer service. Didn’t buy anything myself- but got some great ideas of my next couple items to purchase from the next time I can. The lady that helped me was so friendly! And helpful!Also when did Jean everything become a thing again.

bad experience at the check out counter. i told the staff that i got it from the sale rack. she asked me to show her where and she explained that it shouldn’t be there as it might be misplaced and i have to pay the registered price because it was a different item. I reasoned out that I got it from that rack. And she just explained again what she said and even walk towards the rack. anyways, I told her I won’t take it and walked away. I could have bought it and accepted that it might not be their fault why the clothing was there but the issue for me was the way she looked at me and tone of her voice makes me feel that she did not believe me, hence the reason I walked away! Not going to shop at this branch again.

The worst customer service, the sales associate that was working the checkout counter, wearing a baseball cap and permanent scowl was snarky, rude and made me feel like I was somehow in the wrong, FOR BUYING CLOTHES! ?Customer service isn’t easy but it sure isn’t that hard

This was hands down one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. As a curvy midsized woman, Jean shopping is always quite stressful and overwhelming as sizing and fits can vary dramatically. The staff were so helpful, especially Brittany. She helped me find the right styles and sizes with ease, checking on me repeatedly in the dressing rooms to give second opinions and to grab other options. Not only that, I was then met with amazing service at the check out. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible. What an amazing experience.

Ok so when customers walk into store a hello or a smile or even a nod I'm your direction would be nice. However this was not the case. I spent my time browsing listening to the 2 sales staff raised voices discussing how bad it was boxing day. 1 lady inperticular going on about how it was all returns from customers.. how she couldn't convert them back to sales and that by 4pm on that day they'll still had made a huge loss not selling at all. Then she went on to say how she had to turn down a staff members return it was so bad, as a way of trying to offset the numbers. She complained about customers and really made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. We where in the store about 15 mins as my daughter has just has a baby and needed a slightly different sized tops. We did buy 2 tops but had someone even noticed us in the store and helped we would have bought more. It's one of my daughters fav stores. Although we normally go to cross iron not this one.As a customer if you want to be ignored and gossip about in a bad way for everyone to hear please shop here. If you like customer service and don't want staff too engrossed in complaining then don't. The cross iron store staff are way more professional.

Large store. It is well organized which is a good thing because not one staff member helped me the entire time I was there. Three of them were huddled together at the front of the store and I did not see any of them interact with any of the customers in the store. Hopefully service improves.
