I will give them 2 - stars because they had what I needed in stock at the Calgary location. The only positive. I did an online order the night before I went to pickup some furnace parts, I have done online orders before and normally will get an email, or text saying the order was ready for pickup firs thing in the morning. I never received an email or text so I called into the main line number. The lady on the phone said "You're good to go pickup the parts, everything is showing in stock."When I went into the location, I told the counter parts man (He was the older guy with the mustache who sits in the center) I was there to pick up an order I placed yesterday and he asked if anybody from the Calgary location told me if it was ready. I said no, he cut me off and said I shouldn't be trying to pickup an order if I was not told the order was ready. I explained the lady on the phone said I could come grab the order and he told me again it has nothing to do with her, she shouldn't be saying that, and the Calgary branch needed to contact me to say I needed to pickup my order. At this point we had a stand off if I could even get the parts I had already paid for online.Once he went to pick my order (Still wasn't ready at 11am the next day and it was a couple small items) he said to another counter parts person at the far left of the counter, "This order wasn't even filled". Obviously something got missed at the Calgary branch side that my order wasn't processed properly. If I didn't follow up, how long would my order have sat not being processed?Everybody makes mistakes, I understand things get missed. I was not upset about the situation. The problem comes for the absolutely horrendous attitude from the parts staff at an error their own branch made, while throwing Edmonton under the bus. And belittling the customer like it was my fault they never picked or received my order properly.It's pretty simple, I'm a customer who's trying to spend my money, at your business. I think the parts counter staff need to remember or learn, it's not AMRE who's the one paying their pay cheque, it's the customers coming in buying parts and supply's. We are the ones paying your pay cheque. Without your customers your business will no longer operate, and you will no longer have a job. Ergo, I will take my business somewhere else.

My furnace draft inducer motor died on me during a cold snap and I needed a replacement. After scouring Amazon for the part for the fastest delivery (1 week out), I decided to see if I could find something local. In comes Amre Supply to save the day! It was the only place I could find that would sell me the needed part without having to jump through loops (tried one other place that I had to email and they quoted almost $300 more for the part). While it may not have been as cheap as Amazon, I'm sure the part is of better quality and I could get it delivered the next day (unfortunately they didn't have stock in town).I got the "Packard 66762 Carrier Draft Inducer Motor and Fan Kit" for my Carrier furnace (58CVA090---10116). At first I wasn't sure if it was the right part number so I contacted them through their chat on the website. While there was a little confusion, I did eventually manage to find out that the part was compatible (the part number in their lookup system for my furnace seems to be a newer number that must have recently replaced the model that I ended up buying).All in all, I am a happy customer who will be able to live through the cold snap (-30C and colder) without having to freeze and worry about burst pipes.
