They never answer their phone, and there is no way to look up in-stock pieces online.

I’ve bought two pairs of pants, only to have them both tear at the seams within 6 months of owning them. I’ve always followed the care instructions and have never put them in the dryer. For at least 150$ a pair, I would expect much more.
I went to exchange the second pair. When I went to the register, I had the manager tactlessly explain to me that there’s nothing they can do as their return policy extends only to 30 days. I really don’t expect an unlimited return policy (as used to be the case), but 30 days is absolutely ridiculous for the prices they charge.
I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years and used to love this store. But slowly the quality has been declining and the customer service I just received was less than ideal.
Unfortunately, they’ve become a store with fast fashion quality disguised by high-end prices.

I always make time when I visit a city with an Anthropologie store - in this case, Calgary - to check out this fabulous store. I always leave with something wonderful, whether home or fashion related. Highly recommend!

loved this store and staff but mostly loved Tracy who was so extremely helpful and so very kind. customer service is normally lost these days but not with Tracy she has amazing style and helped me find some amazing pieces. can’t wait to go back, but only if Tracy is working ?

You MUST treat yourself once in a while!
On the plus everyone will ask you where you got that new top, skirt, pants, etc., on the downside, if you see it buy it as it won’t last long. This is not the “wait until it goes on sale” type of store. Life gets hard. Be kind to yourself and remember to put YOU first. Eat the cake, buy the shirt! ❤️

Marleine is very thoughtful and helpful. She assisted me today, I came in for a dress and ended up leaving with three! She selected styles that I wouldn’t have thought to try for myself and they are all gorgeous. 10/10 customer service!

Horrible customer service, absolutely patronizing on the phone and unhelpful (Tracy). Very irritating vocal fry with bored tone. Better off ordering online to avoid dealing with that kind of attitude

Got zero help from staff in the store or at the change room. Store was a mess, clothes on floor especially at the sales section.By the way sales are still on high price . Had a question from the cashier about an item,so she called the store manager to come out to answer. The manager on duty was so unfriendly like if she was talking to a wall . After all of that experience I questioned my self ,why do I bother spending MY Money ,MY Time giving to THIS store while there is plenty of stores around where they would be happy to see costumers spending $$$ with them. So I decided to leave my item and shopped another store.I know my review will not change how this store runs ,the only change is they lost my $$$ what I used to spend there since they opened. It is disappointing to see how this store changed .

I wanted to purchase products that I saw on their website. I phoned this location numerous times. No one answers the phone. I can only assume they don't need the business.

They never answer the call! If they do they just hang up! I wanted to place an order and the staff in this location is absolutely terrible!!!

Went in store to place an order in November for a Christmas gift, told it would ship soon. Did not hear back almost a month later, contacted store that advised they could not track the order, told to call customer service. Called CS via text and advised my order was cancelled, when asked why she advised none in stock at the time but then showed they had them, and for the inconvenience of no call on the cancellation I could order again for the sale price (commendable) but had to call their customer service 1800. I called the 1800 number, explained the situation and the CS advised they did not have them at all in the color I ordered but could get in white. I advised this is not what I ordered, she said for the inconvenience we will credit you back? I advised the Customer service was lacking and this was not acceptable. The phone went silent for 4-5 min while I could hear them breathing on the other end. I asked if this was a game they were playing and they said “I do this when I need to take a couple minutes before I say something I shouldn’t”. I was shocked and asked for a supervisor. Supervisor was very kind, explained everything in detail again. She said the contact on the text should not have said they had them and the the person on the phone was also not correct in offering the other color because it was only available in USA. Unfortunately I was not able to get the gift my daughter really wanted. I know this is a very stressful time and I understand that, however it was a vicious circle of trying to get what I paid for. Unfortunately for this hassle I will not be shopping here again.
