I recently had membership concerns from a different location. Greeted at the door with an exceptional employee Kristina. she was so willing to help me out when I wasn't technically a member of the beltline location. Kristina was responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Her and the support staff I believe his name is Jake were prompt and efficient. Highly recommend this location. And the parking is just another added bonus.

I came in the other day hesitant to join a gym. Being a new mom and a new gym goer, I wasnt sure I was making the right choice. The manager Christina was nothing short of amazing. She was very accommodating and thorough with everything, from the sign up process on. She even took the time after her shift was over to show me around the gym and how to use some of the equipment. She really cares about the members and building a welcoming atmosphere. 100% would recommend this gym, ask for Christina when you get there

Place has free heated parking for 2 hoursStaff is friendly and helpfulGym equipment is clean, new and there is a wide varietyequipment availability is good from 10AM to noon when I usually go. Unsure of how busy it is at peak times.

The staff at this location needs some serious training on not only customer service but how to talk to a human being. I went in to cancel my membership and was not able to get more than 2 words in without being talked over. In addition I was promised no cancellation fee would be applied if I chose to cancel as I work nearby but when I went to cancel they suddenly had no record of that. Also they come and sit on the equipment and talk to “guests” for 30+ minutes while other people are waiting to actually work out.. I get a little chit chat but don’t occupy a machine, especially during peek time. Crazy how people don’t know how to be kind anymore.

To anyone who wants to join anytime fitness they need to know these terms before signing for membership there.You CANNOT cancel your membership up to end that contract you eventually sign on a tablet and you are likely to be reported to credit collecting agencies for that if you are giving your credit card to them and that’s how they can hold you into the contract and give you no choice of cancellation if you choose not to go there!!!

I’m glad I picked this gym and location! Julia was so helpful and kind to me when I signed up!! All the trainers are knowledgeable and kind too - especially Amanda. There’s also free 2-hour parking which is unheard of for downtown gyms

It’s a great gym, the staff are super friendly. I’ve been to many any times and they’re all different. Only thing about this one is that the bathrooms/change rooms are smaller. The equipment supply is great though.Only flaw is sometimes some people who have some issues have gotten inside and have caused incidents with members. For that reason I’d go when they have staff. It’s just an overall issue with downtown though, not the gym.

I called this location about a visitor’s pass and spoke to Julia on the phone. She was very helpful and friendly. I stopped by the gym to sign up for a pass and was promptly greeted by Julia. The process to sign up took a few seconds and gave me her card in case I had any questions (and to arrive during staffed hours). Thank you Julia!Great gym for a workout while I’m visiting Calgary.

Happy to be back, post covid, with this location. Julia is so understanding, encouraging, and all around awesome. This studio is in a great area, clean and safe. I enjoy the goals on the app and perks available like parking, tanning and training guides.

I travel a lot and use Anytime Fitness in may other locations around the world. Calgary Beltline is my home gym, it is one of the very few to offer towel service and underground parking, in addition to being a very well-run place, with great staff and trainers.

Super friendly staff, a large set up with well maintained equipment with a relaxed atmosphere. I would not hesitate to highly recommend anytime for any gym visit.

I’m super happy I signed up for this gym. The price is perfect, they have a great selection of equipment and everyone is super welcoming. The gym is always clean and never too busy when I have gone. The staff have been beyond helpful whenever I had any questions. I definitely recommend signing up here!
