I bought my husband a watch for Christmas roughly $1100 he wanted to upgrade to bigger face and pay $600 more. Also, needed to swap strap as too small. 8 days out of return policy and they would not help. Lady Manager was condesemdong anf told us to buy another watch at $1700 to solve the problem. Really, buy a second watch how stupid a comment. No help at all. Will never shop here again.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Apple Store. The staff felt like frozen statues no one seemed interested in actually helping. I had to speak to three different people just to buy a single phone case. Each person acted like they could only do one task: one to say hi, one to point me in a direction, and another to handle the purchase.
They really need to hire people who are genuinely interested in helping customers and enjoying their work. When people are spending $1,000+ in the store, the least they can do is make sure customers feel welcomed and supported.

I brought in my $3,000 MacBook Pro for repairs after it suddenly stopped working after just two years. Trying to get an update on the repair was incredibly frustrating—it took multiple calls and at least 30 minutes of being passed around before I could speak to anyone. When I finally reached someone named Dod, I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was.
The repair itself was quoted at $1,300, and since I rely on a laptop for work, I also had to spend another $1,300 on a MacBook Air to use in the meantime. Given the cost of Apple products and services, basic courtesy and clear communication should be expected. This experience has left me seriously regretting my Apple purchases.

Had such an amazing experience with Yulia today! She made sure all our questions were answered and ensured the right products came home with us! Sometimes buying things at this price point can be nerve racking but she affirmed our decisions and made us feel good about our purchases! 10/10 service :)

I would say zero stars if I could. There so called advisors sold me the wrong product and I currently live in Saskatchewan. Product is not compatible w my IPad. No solutions given except additional 2 weeks to return from todays date. I live 7 hours away, the cost to drive it back again would come out my pocket. I said the solution is provide me a weighbill for return - manager said they can't do that. Its all bullshit, they should know their products. Will be taking it up Apple directly!

had an excellent experience at the Apple Store in Chinook Mall. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. They repaired my phone, which was broken, and everything was done very quickly and at no cost since it was still under warranty.
I also highly recommend getting AppleCare. For only $13/month you get direct assistance from Apple, which is absolutely worth it. If I had to pay for the repair out of pocket, it would have cost me around $500. AppleCare definitely saves you money and gives you peace of mind.

I don't love that this store is always PACKED but I am grateful that the store is well staffed to accommodate the crowd.
Came in for a repair and the staff at the genius bar were so kind and helpful. Although I did have to wait an extra ~20 mins after my scheduled appointment to get help from a staff, when I did get help, they were kind, understanding and very helpful. Answered all my silly questions and really did their best to go above and beyond with their service. I dont LOVE the store, but i LOVE the staff here (shout out to Rob and Wes they were so great)

Made a meeting with Kyle to help my mom set up her email with iphone. It was having authentication and server side issues with apples mail app. Helped us install and set up outlook along with explaining current phone features that we were un aware of. He was very kind with explaining technical terms in non jargon language so even my mom could understand. Amazing work.
