I asked for some help setting up my AirPods and the guy was very rude and condescending saying that " they came with instructions". Wasn't very nice. The two ladies that helped me after were very nice and respectful though.

Very disappointed in the treatment I received. After spending over $5000, 2 phones and an MacBook Air I was sitting in the nice cushion seats when a floor person asked me to move because I was not wanting to try their glasses demo. The area was empty, I was not taking up a space for a person waiting, yet I was asked to move and sit at the table area with the crappy slab chairs. So completely disappointed. The staff has zero understanding of customer service. If my phone wasn’t dead I would have returned them both and went to another store.

The buying experience was awful. I came for pick up my apple watch today. I ordered it online and pick up time was 11:30am. I arrived apple store at 11am. They asked me to come back at 11:25am, but there was just few customers at that time, most of the staffs were free. I don’t understand.
I went back at 11:25am and finally can pick up my watch, but the staff who standing at the pick up counter was really rude, no greeting no smiling. His machine was pretty slow, he maybe very angry with that, kept tapping the machine. Machine worked, he just scanned my pick up QR code and grabbed my watch to me and said here you go. Hey, anything wrong? did I own you money?
I was really excited to have my new watch at the beginning, I even went to Chinook Centre apple store before, but they just out of stock at that time. The staff named Nicole at Chinook centre was very helpful, cheerful and polite. But Apple store at Market Mall, it just makes me feel disappointed.
The product itself is great. I love it. But I won’t go to this store again.

I had the best experience at Apple today! I had an idea of what I needed for my current courses and my hopes for the future. Eric was SO helpful, explaining the differences between the macbooks, which specs to look for and why. We had the decision made so fast! He was also so helpful in explaining the differences in the Ipads and pens to me! I'm so incredibly happy with my purchase! I will certainly be going back!!
