Very disappointed with the workers
Chatting with each other and not reaching out to customers.
Totally no compassion or care.
They all need to be retrained.

Visited this store from Vancouver to purchase an iphone - waited almost 40 mins for someone to come see me on a weekday during working hours which there's almost no customer at the store! Very messy store!

They sent me to my carrier for an E Sim but the stores don't have them. Had to call into customer service. Apparently the Apple manager has already been told by the stores but they still sent me out of my way anyways.

I’ve been a customer of Apple Market Mall for over five years and have consistently had great experiences. We’ve purchased several devices and have always been very satisfied with both the shopping experience and the technical support. The associates and specialists are friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive, which makes a real difference. Highly recommended for both purchases and ongoing support.

I like to share my great experience with the staff, Matthew, who helped me to fix the issues of my new iphone 17 pro max and addressed concerns on the new phone features. He shared many tips and useful updates on the iphone 17. We also considered to purchase a ipad. He briefed us the overview and comparison of two models. I'm sure he is a professional and good staff in the team. Definitely, I'll seek his advice when return.

Staff is not very helpful. Was told to sit at the “genius” bar after telling an employee I had an appointment. I sat at the bar for 15 minutes with no one coming to ask me what I needed. After asking another employee, I was told that I needed to check in.
Additionally I was sold an item that is un returnable. This was conveniently not mentioned until after I purchased it.

Very disappointing experience at the Market Mall Apple Store. There were many staff members standing around chatting with each other, yet I still had to wait more than half an hour before anyone helped me with my MacBook Pro — even though I arrived on time for my appointment.
It feels like Apple hires plenty of staff who cannot actually provide technical support, while not having enough properly trained technicians. When I was finally seen, the technician was not helpful at all. He said that if a MacBook runs out of battery and cannot be charged to turn on, they cannot help. I was then told to either go to a data recovery centre that would charge more than $1,000, or simply buy a new MacBook and discard the old one.
Thankfully, I later found another local repair workshop that charged less than one-fifth of that price. They were able to turn on my MacBook immediately just by using a more powerful charger. This makes me seriously question the professionalism and capability of the Apple Store technicians.
If Apple cannot fix basic issues even with professional equipment, what is the point of making an appointment and waiting so long? Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I recently visited the Apple Store at Market Mall regarding an issue with a pair of AirPods I purchased not long ago. I first spoke with a tech advisor and was later assisted by the manager on duty, Sylvia (as she introduced herself).
I was informed that my AirPods were damaged due to water exposure. I explained that I have never used them near water, nor have they ever been dropped in water. Despite this, I was told that there were signs indicating water damage.
When I asked about warranty coverage, the manager immediately denied it and did not offer any form of troubleshooting, cleaning, or re‑testing. Instead, she stated that if the device were to be checked further, I would have to pay for the assessment.
My family and I have been long‑time Apple customers, currently using approximately 14–15 Apple products at home. One of the main reasons we continue to choose Apple is the peace of mind that comes from quality service and product support after purchase. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and felt inconsistent with the level of customer care we have always received in the past.
It is unclear whether this situation is due to the approach of the manager (Sylvia), but I felt unwillingness to assist from her side. Another employee at the store also mentioned that because she refused warranty support, they were unable to help further.
I also want to mention that before we left the store, the tech advisor offered to clean our AirPod. We truly appreciated that gesture.
Overall, today’s experience has left us very dissatisfied and has raised concerns for our family when considering future Apple purchases.

I waited over 30 minutes for a staff member to acknowledge me. Other people came in after me, were served and left before I was offered assistance.

We walked in just to check out some of the new iPhones and we had a great experience with Eric helping us through some questions. Great staff here at this location.
