Stephen I wish you can do better job, instead of forcing your policy. If I can not exchange the colour when we purchased in Black Friday you have to tell us before purchase. Your employee rushed me to purchase without picking a colour and he said you can exchange the colour if you dont like. Now you guys telling me your policy that I have to pay 250$ for colour change? I’m sorry but find other sheep for yourself.

THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! I updated my iphone 13 pro and my apple pay stopped working. they tried to tell me that i had to pay 800$ to get the phone fixed and offered me 0 help. I dealt with the manager and the apple bar support person. they both told me my hardware was broken and that there was nothing i could do. they kept trying to push apple care on me saying that would make it cheaper. i got home and restarted the phone, lone behold it started working fine. Im so mad. how did they not think to restart the phone? this is completely unacceptable. they lied right to my face. it’s sad to see that this is how there support team works.

Overpriced and crowded, too many employees. One big waste of space. They have a website for a reason. Why have a brick and mortar store? Buy a real computer instead, better yet, put it together yourself and you won't be bound by their iCloud prison.Only reason anyone buys them is to be trendy. They use cheap parts but make them look shiny

Since my old SE was completely busted (would reboot several times, SIM card reader busted and several other things), I went to this Apple location to get a new 13. Excellent customer service, staff knew their stuff about Apple devices and the purchase was quick and simple. Store is very easy to spot if you're new to Market Mall too.

Worst customer service ever. Bought IPhone 15 Pro Max, they lady who was helping was so ill mannered. She was answering my questions while looking away. Since she was not directly answering me I couldn’t understand what she was saying. After a while I couldn’t take it anymore, i asked a guy in turban who is the manager here, his reply, I can’t help i am helping another customer. Then i asked third person who is the manager here she pointed to another girl and said she will help you with whatever the issue is. I got the feeling as if team of crooks are working together and no one wants to say who the boss is. Worst experience ever. My all excitement buying a new phone went away. I will never go there again.

Took my phone here to be fixed on the release day of the new iPhone 15. They got me straight in took the phone to fix it and I got it back in 2 hours. Had great customer service. And will definitely come back to this location next time I’m looking to buy something!

Utterly amazing customer services from Apple employee Graham Bosch, it’s the person that breaks or makes the experience and he was unbelievable in his professionalism, help, assistance, knowledge and understanding and putting us at ease. We hope he will be acknowledged. Thank you.

Horrible service, rude, arrogant individuals. A bunch of illiterates high school dropout idiots. The worst possible service.No ZERO star available to give them. Apple leadership needs to fire these nasty sales and technical imbeciles, and start with a clean slate. I have filed an official complaint to Apple about this store.

I will never return to this Apple Store. I bought AirPods Pro 2nd gen here 15 days before Apple launched the new USB-C ones. I contacted Apple asking to exchange for the USB-C ones and they said the store should be able to do at manager discretion. I tried and apparently the manager here was not very found that I as 1 day over the return period.Being honest one day over for a situation where Apple is clearly changing a port standard, I believe this situation could have been better handled.So my tip is go to Chinook Centre or buy online, but don't count on any exceptions at this place.

I came in with a couple of friends to buy an iPad Air. I knew exactly what I wanted but it was busy in the store. Thankfully Darlene was there to save the day. She provided excellent and effective customer service with a smile on her face. She was attentive and engaging. I loved this experience! Usually I am anxious when shopping in person especially for large purchases!! Love her :)

Great customer service, I found not only very well trained personnel but smiley, and nice. Fast Attention, all clean and organized, the buy was fast, just at the same table I was at looking for the device, payment and everything there. The shop is well located, near the main entrance, with parking spaces all over the place. I recommend it. Of course with the high quality of Apple products.

Worst customer service ever. I booked an appointment for my phone screen to be replaced. when I got there they made wait for 40 minutes after the tech came she told me that they can not fixed the phone as they had walk ins and they are behind. I asked her that why they did not tell me when I arrived and they signed me in. She had no answer they she called her manager. The manager was the worst ever. She asked me to leave the store because I didn’t agree to what she said and then she called the security guard and asked him to kick me out of the store. This all happened at a Apple Store. Not acceptable.

Easy to book a service appointment which are readily available on a daily basis through their app. They tested and replaced one of my AirPods on the spot in just a few minutes.

Had appt waited 20 mins anyway to be told can’t be repaired or get hardware for.. easily could have been checked when I walked in, online or at the door they went ahead to seat me at the table for my long wait.my appt was booked with the categories Physical damage and cracked screen.
