The girl with the bandana at the fitting rooms is so rude. She was ripping away expired sale signs right in front of us and moving in where my GF was looking through vest like instantly where she was looking for a size. She did not say a thing to us.
Maybe stock your merchandise by size?
Lay off the heavy attitude and be welcoming.

Every interaction I’ve had with staff here have been unhelpful and rude (if you can even find someone to help you!). Overall the staff give you the feeling that you’re bothering them and are in no mood to actually do their jobs!

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I purchased a top from this location, only to discover it was torn and damaged. When I calmly returned to explain the situation, the cashier told me the only way the top could have torn is if someone used a scissors on it. Literally accusing me of deliberately damaging a “29”dollar item and trying to return it. This lady’s insulting accusation forced me to raise my voice, which is completely out of character for me. I am a frequent shopper at Ardene, and I expect much better treatment.
I've seen many other negative reviews about a disrespectful Indian lady at this store, and I’m certain it’s the same person who treated me so rudely. Yet, despite the numerous complaints, the store seems to offer apologies without taking any meaningful action. To make matters worse, this lady told me never to shop at the store again, as if she owned the place. Well, I can assure you, I will not be returning."

Very slow service and cashiers like to communicate with customers at the cash desk despite the fact that they are in line. And they also forgot to give me my hairpins for which I paid $5

I recently visited Ardene at Southcenter mall. I liked the curated selection and attention to detail in their displays that make the shopping experience delightful. The quality of their clothing, coupled with friendly, helpful, and patient staff, ensures I'll be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

I recently stopped by Ardene after the renovation and I have to say it is so much better! I love how big the store is now and they have more stocks. I am now able to find items quickly, the staff is friendly and very eager to help me find what I was looking for. I highly recommend folks to check out this location Ardene!!! also shoutout to the store manager for being so accommodating.

Little disappointed in the staff this evening. Very dismissive and laughing behind our backs. Very unprofessional. Lots of dust on the floor. Limited sizes. Had to rifle thru every pile, due to unorganization of the sizes. Was a nice place to shop before.

I came to this store this past Saturday and almost as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted with a welcoming smile, the service at this Ardenes was top notch and very good, I was able to find what I needed and felt very welcomed by the staff, service at the till was even better, they were kind and very fast, definitely some of the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile, highly recommend shopping here, 10/10 will be coming back!!!

I love coming to ardene southcenter , there is more clothing and an option . The staff is amazing. I had to return something that was damaged. The manager was understandable.

Yikes, I HAD every intention of going to the south center location, however based on just the reviews I have read in the last 10 minutes uuumm I really can't see me ever going there. I can say that when I went through the store just quickly because my son rushed me, that I can absolutely validate these concerns at this location. No one greeted me, and I did hear rude childish conversation by the till, I had at first thought it was other customers, however I found to my despair that it was your staff. Now it's time for speaking like that to customers in the store or even behind their backs in the store, would that not be classified as bullying?? And as a reflection of the actual store and not just the general staff, I can't see how after reading the reviews from the last 11 months and my personal experience that anything has been done in any way ?. How is this matter not a priority for your company, you are loosing customers at an atrocious rate and it doesn't seem to be bothersome. I go to this mall more frequently because a friend works at coffee shop there and was so excited to buy my yearly $250.00 gift cards for two very dear friends of mine, however I am going to have to reflect on my experience and all these reviews and start shopping elsewhere, I am seriously considering this but have very expressive wants for your store. I am at a loss of what to do, I am taking into consideration that if one store location is this corrupt with all this negative publicity for this long, that it has also something to do with the corporate big Wigs that have not taken the word of there consumers into consideration and believes that loosing a few customers is alright as long as sales are good. Please ? do prove me wrong.

I walked through this store yesterday and there was a girl with dark hair who was absolutely lovely! I wanted to exchange some boots and she was very helpful.
